There was lots of good meals. The staff was well-trained and catered to my every need. The hotel's location was central, onwards to Costa Teguise in one direction or Puerto del Carmen harbour. And it was also short walk to a huge beach and plenty of restaurants and bars, shopping complexes, and Spain.

Had a very enjoyable stay with my family members, we spent 7 nights here, everything was very comfortable. Its staff were so very helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent and lovely position and the airport is 10 km away. Would stay again in this shopping area.

Generally, the place was fabulous and had supper friendly staff with excellent customer service. The room was well-appointed and bright with a shower and a bidet in the family bathroom. The poolside restaurant for lunch and two evening meals was the best part.

The location was magnificent and perfect and the beach was just minutes away from the hotel.

Relaxing place all in all, has especially helpful staff from finding you a space for a sun bed to the cleaning and the receptionist. The breakfast is great and the location is magnificent.

This hotel was comfortable place for exploring Puerto del Carmen, liked it and property’s so very helpful and well-trained staff with excellent customer service. The villa was good priced. The bathroom was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable.

Reasonably spacious and updated room provided with well equipped kitchen and fridge plus dishwasher.

Updated and a nice size rooms with an electric kettle, a microwave, and an air conditioning.

We where there for holidays and this hotel was quaint and relaxing. This was a magnificent location near to the airport and Arrecife. Spent our evenings in nearby Beer enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Great breakfast and a huge variety of goodies. Great and lovely location close enough to nice distance from main tourist strip and a taxi to the harbour which has shopping complexes, restaurants, beautiful views and an abundance of water sports and activities such as scuba schools, and exceptional service. Again, 10 minutes walk from Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park.
