I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sihanoukville. The location by the sea was absolutely breathtaking, with the hotel being very close to the waterfront. The rooms offered stunning views and were clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. I particularly enjoyed the inclusive breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel really offered value for money, with affordable prices and excellent service.

The location of these bungalows is superb, with Pagado Rocks providing idyllic views of the surrounding nature that are breathtaking and peaceful. The property is also conveniently located in close proximity to everything, including beaches that are stunning to look at. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and come with good facilities like hammocks on balcony. The friendly staff provide the best breakfast that is tasty with Khmer-fusion dishes, a little expensive, but worth it.

The noise level at night can be intolerable, with music playing loudly throughout, ruining any chances of peaceful relaxation.

The individual bungalows with large deck and a full front of glass windows were newly painted, spotlessly can and the position right at the end of the beach away from the main beach overlooking the rocks was perfect for me. Each bungalow is very private.The resort is spread up the hillside so there are plenty of steps.

This is the party end of the beach and the cacophony of VERY loud Duff Duff music goes on every night until 5.30 in the morning. Impossible to sleep,even with ear plugs. Only bearable if you are part of it.

The view from the room's balcony was amazing and the bar area was very relaxing and again had lovely views. Property also benefited from being at far end of the beach.

Unfortunatly the loud music from neighbouring bars disturbed us and the music went on all night. Out of control of the owners but a consideration if you are a light sleeper - also meant we had to have balcony doors closed all night.

I had a great stay with a stunning view from my balcony. This hotel is perfect for nature lovers and backpackers. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the breakfast offered many options. Additionally, the location was convenient for exploring the nearby area including restaurants and beaches close by.

Cloud 9 has the best location on the beach, my bungalow was beautiful and clean with the spectacular view. The restaurant and bar was very good too. Nice food a big variety of mixed drinks and all with fair price. Staff was very nice. Just a very good place to relax and enjoy your vacation. I would love to visit it one more time.

Not enough sun beds

It’s probably the best resort on serendipity beach – All bungalows have great views to the ocean. They are in very good condition and were obviously be built by a nature loving person who cared a lot about details. The idea to combine a basic hut with some glass to have the best possible view worked out perfect to my opinion. The whole site and the restaurant are very beautiful as well. Staff is very friendly and interested to make you feel comfortable. I will come back for sure. But keep in mind that serendipity beach is not the perfect place if you are looking for silence

The hotel's location was great, being close to the waterfront and having easy access to nearby amenities. The bungalows were comfortable and had a balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were able to arrange a trip to the waterfalls with their assistance.

The bathrooms could have used some updating and there were a few things in the room that needed repairs. , the noise from nearby bars at night was somewhat bothersome.

The bungalows are really nice and charming.

The Cloud 9 is good but this beach is really noisy. Many bars play loud and boring music till 4 am. When I went out to have few drinks and got back late I had no problem to sleep but when I wanted a quiet evening it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. Anyway the problem is probably the same for all the hotels in this area

Good position away from the madness on the main beach area and the hordes of backpackers. Great views from the balconies of the bungalow'S.

We had some noisy russian neighbours who completely ruined our stay there. Also I don'y think it was good value for money there at 45 usd night in off season. I would choose the Cove next door over Cloud 9 if we were to go back and it also has a great bar.

Comfortable bungalow, stunning bay views, friendly hosts, good English communication, enjoyable hammock and balcony sofa, lovely atmosphere.

You can here everything from the nearby club til 4 in the morning, so if you want to sleep rather than be out you will need ear plugs.

Location was prime. Setting and infrastructure was nice.

The staff wasn't unfriendly, but not very helpfull or inviting. A pity! The music from the beach bars kept on going the entire night. Not the fault of the hotel, but didn't improve our stay. Restaurant was mediocre.
