Good food, excellent service and GREAT view of suburban gardens and rooftops. Fantastic room with a great decor and a fairly clean bathroom. Paid US$ 198. Comfortable location near a subway station, staff amiable. Walking distance to interesting independent stores and a market across the street.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and comfortable beds to the nicely renovated bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the port.

No major issues, everything was ok.

Quiet. Very little traffic noise. Good choice of tram routes nearby.

Poor TV reception. No ABC channels. Intermittent 7 channels

The receptionist was really nice and helpfull. And I liked the fact that they had secured parking.

The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was a short 20-minute walk to the city center. Additionally, it was very convenient being so close to the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The off-street parking was also a plus, providing a hassle-free experience during my stay. Finally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a really comfortable stay for business trip, and would definitely stop here again. The hotel was clean, the staff were very good and obliging. The location was great, 16 miles to Essendon Fields airport, perfectly reachable. The area was pretty quiet, the best base for me. Enjoyed the room on the bed covers, my bed was exceptionally comfortable...

Batteries flat in ac remote, couldn't get abc channel on tv, and other channels where regularly loosing signal, only four milk and four coffee not enough, only one face washer for two people, no wine glasses, no cutlery. Main one: restaurant not open on saturday night.

The air-conditioning unit installed has not enough power and cannot make 23°c in winter times...

I recently stayed at a hotel in Melbourne and had a great experience. The location was perfect for my needs, making it convenient to get around the city. The staff were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The rooms, although simple, were clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail with amenities such as a full-size bath in the room. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

As for the negatives, I found that the hallways could do with a fresh coat of paint. However, this minor issue did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Having my room at the back of the hotel meant that there was no noise from traffic on Kings Way. It was comfortable.

Could not use foxtel on tv. Instructions to only use channel up/down buttons did not engage any foxtel channels. There was no clock radio in room. Towels were hung to be reused, as requested, but were changed daily.

The room was clean and adequate, the staff very friendly and made us feel welcome.

I would like to see the tiles around the show/bath area cleaned better, perhaps with bleach, other than that the room and bathroom were clean.
