Spacious rooms with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Great location, just a short walk to the sea, central area, and old city.- Friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist.

The hotel could use some updating, as it felt a bit outdated with broken furniture and malfunctioning sockets. The breakfast options were not up to par, and the coffee, like anywhere in Azerbaijan, left much to be desired.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Very good value for money in Baku

Good location, mid in the centre, main shopping street with bars and restaurants just around the corner. Free wi-fi internet with good speed. Polite and helpful staff. Clean and quite large room. Well maintained public areas. Elevator. Separate air conditioning in bedroom and living room (I had a one-bedroom suite).

However, the hotel is not a 4-star facility by any hotel classification standard: - staff: totally untrained; - bed: poor quality; linens: clean but too small for the mattress; - no written information available about hotel facilities, no phone directory, no information about the city; - extremely narrow reception area; hard to figure out who is on duty and who is keeping them company; - safe: none in the room; - breakfast: very basic; furniture (lobby, restaurant, and room): look like back to the 80’s; - services: no written information available about the services that were listed on Booked.net. At the very best, if you stretch it, it could be classified as a 3-star facility. The picture of the hotel on Booked.net is misleading. I was in for a surprise when I arrived at the hotel at night because it was located on very narrow, hard to find, poorly lighted street. The hotel did not look like a 4-star hotel. The list of services on Booked.net is also misleading. It gives the impression that all of them are readily available as they would be in a 4-star facility. In my book, this amounts to misrepresentation. If you are looking for a 4-start hotel, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a 3-star facility, this hotel can be good value for the money.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful sea and the city center. The rooms were incredibly spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy any palate. The breathtaking view from our room was the cherry on top!

That the furniture was a bit outdated and in need of repair.

Spent Christmas in a decently-priced hotel over the weekend. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. The hotel was in a convenient location, being close to the sea and central area, and I appreciated the friendly staff.

The hotel could use some updates as there were broken furniture and sockets that didn't work. , the breakfast didn't meet my expectations and the coffee was not good.

Great location, mid in the centre, main shopping street with bars and restaurants just around the corver. Free internet.

Hotel is quite old dated. Lobby, restaurant and furniture in the room ( i had 2 rooms suite) were like back to the 80th. No safe in the room. Breakfast was very basic.

Very friendly staff that are trying hard to do their best and help the guests. Free wifi Internet access with good speed. Clean and well maintained rooms and public areas. The location is excellent for a walkand the infor provided on Booked.net about it is correct.

The hotel is not bad however it is not a 4-star facility by any hotel classification standard: - room service: available, however there is no menu and practically no choice - you get whatever someone on duty is able to prepare at the moment; the result was tasty though; - minibar: a perfectly empty fridge at the room, no indication of available choices, if any; - no written information available about hotel facilities, no phone directory, no information about the city; - extremely narrow reception area; hard to figure out who is on duty and who is keeping them company
