We liked the hotel, it was reasonably priced and fine and had favourable location near to Sao Paulo, public transport, and the centre of the city. The room we had included climate control, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge. Comfortable bed gave us a good nights sleep. The staff was very helpful and around most of the time.

I recently stayed in a hotel right in the centre of São Paulo and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the value for money was exceptional. This hotel offers great prices and excellent service, making it a perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. And finally, the basic amenities provided were top-notch, and the rooms were kept very clean throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast served every morning, which gave me the perfect start to my day. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

I like the hotel because it is few minutes walk away from the metro. It is also very accommodating when we requested to cancel the second room which we booked but found it no use. In this area, you will find the best but very cheap hamburger in Sao Paulo..

The vicinity appears unsafe because of the presence of some homeless people. They appear harmless, but you never know. It is still not good for the image of the area.

The hotel was in a good and excellent location not far from a great restaurant and fantastic facilities, the very good Sao Paulo metro system, and the centre of São Paulo. In the evening we visited Casa do Mate, set close to the property...

Despite not speaking English, the receptionist was very welcoming. The hotel was basic, but had everything we needed for a short stay.

The area the hotel was situated was very run down, and there was a lot of noise. Double glazing would have helped this.

The staff has always been lovely friendly and affable. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to metro.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent and the location was convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel was also affordable and had good wifi.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was sketchy and felt unsafe, especially at night. There were a lot of questionable characters around and it made me uncomfortable.

The price for the location is a bit to high.
