Paul at reception was flexible. My wife's international flight was delayed so he was very co-operative when I asked him to change reservation from Sunday to Tuesday. Also, She arrived late and he gave me a courtesy call advising me that he is going to leave the keys inside the room

Free internet! Room is big, washroom is big. Friendly staff. Free parking, close to Chadstone and other amenities.
The shower knob fell off.

Not a lot to like unfortunately. Nice TV in my room, and the gentleman at reception was very helpful.
This hotel is desperately in need of an upgrade. The room was ok, but did not feel particularly safe getting to and from my room. Booked out early and went somewhere else.

No hot water in the shower on the morning of checking out. Very noisy late at night when other guests checked into room next door,walls too thin. Bright outdoor lights stayed on all night so it was not dark enough in room to sleep,

Bed was ok Microwave and toaster was good but no crockery or cutlery.
Only 1 side of electric blanket worked. Only cutlery was 2 plastic teaspoons.Ceiling fans in bathroom and toilet needed cleaning. Overall appearance of room and bathroom was poor. The room was serviced ok but very tired appearance.

Chadstone was quiet, comfortable, pleasant and well appointed. We particularly liked the spacious room. There was very little facility if you wanted to cook for your self however there is adequate allowance for tea, coffee etc.

The Location was the only good thing about it. It was near Chadstone Shopping Centre.
It was ran down & old, needed a facelift. Dosent look like anything on the net. Not worth the money.
