The hotel's seaside location is perfect for beautiful sunrise views over the bay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the lovely turn down service to the beautiful presentation of the breakfast buffet. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities is exceptional.

It was really nice. The staff is very friendly and obliging. Nevertheless, I have had a better stay in 4 star hotels.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the design, the location in the center or the beach. It was just beautiful, and as a souvenir of the stay, but also of the very good and adequate breakfast, there was also a glass of jam. A very friendly and sustainable gesture.

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised with the lovely ocean view and the spaciousness of the room. The breakfast was also impressive with a variety of options to choose from, and the wait staff was friendly. we appreciated the convenient location close to various shops and restaurants.

Our overall experience at the hotel was diminished by a few negatives. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to use.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and my luxurious needs were exceeded. The exclusive amenities catered perfectly to my desires, from the impressive spa lounge to the fantastic sun terrace with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. The barbeque grills and restaurant offered fantastic meals and drinks, including a wide variety of dishes for special diets. The private facilities and location advantages provided a peaceful experience.

Despite the overall perfection of this hotel, the only minor issue was the lack of in-room breakfast options. However, this was quickly rectified by the attentive staff who were always happy to accommodate my requests.

Breakfast was not so good, little choice, often empty and you had to wait for the egg dishes, but they were very freshly prepared. TV and receiver in combination not comfortable and not suitable for a 5-star place.

On the north-east German coast on the island of Rugen, this hotel is situated in a calm relaxing area right on the seaside. The breakfast buffet is lovely with regional products, and the service is impeccable. Staff goes above and beyond in creating a welcoming atmosphere for adults and children.

Spent Christmas holidays at this hotel and had an overall good experience. Particularly liked the spacious rooms and excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of options. , the location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants.

The hotel lacked air conditioning which made it a bit uncomfortable during the night. The Wi-Fi connection was also weak and not available in all areas of the hotel.
