The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and the airport. The bus stop was conveniently located just across the road, making it very convenient for me to travel to the NEC. the hosts were extremely friendly and considerate, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They even waited up for me when I arrived late in the evening. The breakfast they provided was also delicious and made me feel at home.

The noise from the traffic on the nearby main road was quite bothersome, especially at night. It made it a bit difficult for me to sleep peacefully.

Lovely owners very helpful and make you feel at home. Lovely clean room and facilities at a super price. Breakfast plentiful and superbly cooked fresh to order (great idea to order the previous night,so no waiting for it to be served in the morning). Highly recommend this lovely guesthouse.will be back next time I am in the birmingham area.

This hotel is easy to get to, especially if you're heading to the NEC. The bus stop is conveniently located just across the road, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area, so you won't have to go far to find a delicious meal. The staff here were also very helpful and went out of their way to assist me in arranging a taxi when needed.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic with no complaints.

Owners are experienced and very friendly. Breakfast choices are good and service is personal.

Parking was convenient and the hosts were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Had to skip breakfast as it was served too late for early risers. It was noisy due to its close proximity to the main road.

Marlene & Michael work very hard to make everyone feel welcome. It was lovely staying there as a single person and it was also lovely staying there with my family. It was ideal for the NEC as it is on the bus route (number 900) & only 15mins away.

The shower in the single room (right at the top of the house) was very weak (although it was hot). Baths in the family room are discouraged.

Located within 10minutes drive of the airport/NEC where we were going. Marlene and Michael could not be any nicer either, that is the main thing that separates this hotel from many others in the area. They would go the extra mile to make sure you enjoyed your stay, for example, they printed us out directions when we were unsure as to where a location within birmingham was, without us even asking them to. Highly recommended.
