Came here for trip, had good 1 day overall. Booked queen room, that included complimentary wireless internet and coffee. The continental breakfast was offered with coffee and pastries, for instance. The hotel was reasonably priced and good standard and in a central location.

Perfect place for exploring Tonawanda. Spotless, low-budget hotel with genuinely helpful staff. Ideal, favourable location in the secure area. At 12 miles distance from the airport. Well-maintained and functional room available with a microwave as well as a coffeemaker. Friendliness from the whole staff.

The room was small but modern and comfortable. It was convenient to be right next to the highway exit and close to Niagara Falls, especially on a Saturday. There were also great restaurants in the area. 🌟

No King size beds available and no referigator in room

Location is really good which close to high way, gas station and stores. 10-15minutes drive to a lot of shopping malls and outlet. Staff is pretty efficient at check in and check out.

Staff (an old lady looks like a manager etc) at breakfast is really rude. Breakfast ends at 9:30am which I understand, but she does not even allow me to enter the room for some hot water because she was asking some other staff to tidy the breakfast room etc. I think she should be fired for such as poor customer service skills.

Comfortable rooms with a fridge for storing your drinks and snacks. They serve a simple but satisfying breakfast with hot coffee, delicious muffins, and pastries. The staff were really friendly and gave us some great suggestions. 😊

The price was good for the area.

Seriously only stay at this hotel if you can't afford anything else in the area. The pictures on line are very misleading. The rooms are tiny with absolutely zero amenities. It was fairly clean but the bed and pillows were like bricks. The staff was ok and they did take care of a non functioning toilet right away. Their idea of a handicapped room was taking the door off the bathroom and affixing handles around the tub. The room was so small a wheelchair did not fit between either wall and the bed.

The hotel was in a central setting in a decent neighborhood. Units with a bed.

Our stay was really good and we would still consider staying here again. The place was spotless, our room was brand-new.

I stayed at this hotel for a trip and had a really good stay. The property was a good choice for enjoying a secure area, close to Buffalo, Forest Lawn Cemetery, both Buffalo and Niagara Falls, and the big suburban shopping areas at Walden. The rooms were brand-new and well decorated, with all the required amenities such as free Wi-Fi and coffee.

The outside of the building looks ok, but very deceiving.

We went up to the room, after booking online; the room was disgusting. We didnt even want to stay, so we did not stay. There were stains on the sheets, and the decor consisted of garage sale furniture, that I wouldnt dream of sitting on. To make a long story short, they charged me for a room I did not even use and would not credit or refund or anything. Do not recommend this motel.

Fortunately we just needed someplace to keep our stuff, sleep and shower. We did not spend anymore time in the room than arriving after 11 pm both nights we stayed, showering in the morning and leaving before 8:30 am - it was fine for two adults to do just that. For us, the location was fantastic. The air conditioning worked terrific in our room!

The room is very very small, don't plan on "hanging out" in it. Also - the breakfast area is ridiculously small, one family and one couple and it is over capacity. Since the rooms are so small, there's not any room to take breakfast back and eat there. We ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast both mornings because there was no room for us to eat! It is also a very bare bones breakfast. Make sure you factor this in to the "budget" price. We also had to ask for shampoo - there was none in the room.

Convenient Airport Distance 🛫

The hotel is just 12 miles away from the airport, making it a quick and easy trip. The room was top-notch, with a fresh, modern style and lovely decorations. I especially enjoyed the well-appointed bathroom with a nice tub. Also, it was great to have the option to leave my car on-site during my stay.

Spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get on the internet. Call to desk got the reply - just search for the strongest signal. Not real helpful and because of this issue, will think twice before staying there again.
