Enjoyed Bang Tao Beach, the hotel was quaint on laguna. The personnel were very professional. My brand-new and nicely decorated room had a modern decor. Booked the property for its best possible and quiet location not far from the restaurant, and shops, restaurant, supermarkets, massage parlors and more. The breakfast was always delicious and good. It was a peaceful experience.

The rooms are well-equipped and include a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The view of the lake and the beach is particularly nice. It has excellent and absolutely perfect location, short walk to shops, restaurant, supermarkets, massage parlors and more as well as which is perfect for swimming.

It was a quaint and lively hotel for a trip to Bang Tao Beach. The staff was very professional and incredibly helpful without being intrusive. The property was in an unbeatable location, to walk to Laguna.

The room was well-equipped and come with a couch and a lounge. The staff were genuinely helpful and kept the place fairly clean. The location was magnificent and perfect, on the lagoon, in the very nice area.

The staff - some of them were absolutely unfriendly.

Overall it was a relaxing stay for 3 nights. We truly enjoyed rooms with good view.

The rooms are high-class and well-appointed for 2 bedrooms and the staff are excellent. The location is good and absolutely perfect with free parking available on site.

Thanks a lot guys for a very enjoyable stay for leisurely vacation. The staff are efficient, the breakfast is above average and delicious. The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, as the hotel is based near the airport. Also, it is next to shopping mall or restaurants, back, and all the different hotels, spa's, eateries.

During our stay at Cassia Phuket, we had the pleasure of enjoying the hotel's fantastic location in the heart of Laguna near the Canal Village. The facilities were top-notch and we thoroughly enjoyed utilizing them each day. The two-room apartment we stayed in was clean, tidy, and provided excellent value for money. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable, even surpassing some found in five-star hotels. The kitchen was well-equipped with spotless serving utensils and provided everything we needed. The wifi connection was strong and reliable, making our stay ultra comfortable. The swimming pools were wonderful and we were even granted a late check-out so we could have a dip before our flight. The shuttle bus and boat service made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area without any hassle. I highly recommend Cassia for anyone looking for a different and delightful place to stay.

A refreshing stay in a unique and trendy resort. The "friends" at Cassia went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. The spacious rooms with en-suite kitchen were perfect for my stay. The beach was clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel.
