My stay at Cardiff Executive Apartments was comfortable and convenient. The apartment itself was clean and well-designed, providing a modern and cozy atmosphere. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The check-in process was seamless, with prompt text messages providing all necessary information. Despite a few minor issues, such as a broken light switch and delayed response for maintenance requests, the overall experience was positive. The location was also ideal, with nearby stores and amenities. I would recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay.

It was adjacent to railway and shops, shops and eating places, and supermarket and local clubs, particularly good location overall.

The bed was a little firm, that's my bad luck.

Thoroughly enjoyed my comfortable stay with our Son's wedding. The staff was very helpful and efficient and around most of the time. Had essentials needed in the apartment, including a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Its favourable, central location was a plus. Shopping centers and a supermarket were right next door.

Got decent sized and charming little room enough for 2 people-comfortable bed as expected, liked it. The staff were all outstandingly accommodating, exceptionally nice.

Handy location at in the Newcastle area, affable staff, everything was nice. Location: the hotel was close to supermarkets as well as shops and places to have dinner and a drink and rlax. Found Macquarie Life Church, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The location, right at a very busy intersection with a small RSL club opposite, was perfect for us. The convenience of having a shuttle service and on-site car park made our stay even easier. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a spacious sitting area. We also enjoyed the beautiful patio where we could relax and enjoy the views. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, complete with cookware and kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV was great for winding down after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. we had a fantastic experience here.

The apartment was quiet and very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay very much and found that even though there was minimal cookware it was very serviceable to our needs.

My only complaints for the stay was upon arrival I was unaware that there was no on-site reception (I had booked online and never received any further information other than the confirmation email) I had also not provided my mobile number and after almost an hour waiting and 3 phone calls later I was finally asked for my number so the pin code code be sent to me after I was told someone would come meet me!! There was also no face-washers provided with the bathroom towels, which only bothered me as I have a young child. Overall these were fairly minor issues and we would stay again.

Excellent place to stay at and cost is good.

I find it a little harsh about fees for stained towels sometimes it can't be helped for a reason eg if child has vomitted etc.
