Grounds were kept immaculately clean, breakfast was savoury and generous. The most responsive staff I ever met. The hotel was in an unbeatable location short walk to Brighton's central shopping area, other restaurant and central bus stations. Besides, it was 25 mins walk from Brighton Beach. Everything met expectation, I would come here again.

Neat and extremely comfy place, especially helpful and caring staff. Very good service, air-conditioned standard queen room with mini fridge and an excellent bathroom plus storage space. The location unbeatable near to everything. Again, not far from a free-standing clock tower. Good meal at seaside restaurant.

Excellent and unbeatable setting, I had very good time.
My room was well-appointed and well-organised and reasonably priced with fridge, modern furnishings and TV. The service was very good, it had a good seaside restaurant.

Nicely presented hotel in the contemporary style. The rooms a nice size, tastefully decorated with a nice bathroom and a TV, as example. Hard-working and professional staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Prime location very close to the underground parking and many excellent restaurants and bars and the city Center in a very nice area. Again, walking distance to Twins. Great to have a seaside restaurant for breakfast. They provided excellent service.
Poor breakfast.
