Have stayed here before now and I would stay here again. The breakfast is savoury and delicious by the fine view to a bird feeder, had great food. It offers great service.

This place is in a quiet and perfect location sure to walk the paths around the gardens. Rooms are a nice size with good views and a balcony, for example, food is good.

Comfortable modern and spotless hotel with very amiable staff and particularly nice views of the tropical garden. Peaceful location in Santo Domingo De Heredia, so close to a bird watching tower and natural glorious nature.

The restaurant is reasonably priced at reasonable price and reasonably priced.

King room was nicely furnished and the food was good. Large bathroom with walk-in showers. Peaceful and unbeatable location close enough to the airport to qualify for "convenient ", easy to get anywhere.

It was a perfect location next to the Toucan Rescue Ranch and San José downtown and the students city of Heredia and the restaurant. The food was reasonably priced.

Clean, comfortable room. Amazing shower. Slip-free tile. Beautiful mountain view. Stunning 10-acre garden. Friendly and helpful staff. Terrific breakfast. Worth the money.

When we arrived once too late we could order everything without any problems and were served friendly.

There's carpet in the rooms, but it's not the newest.

- no outdoor bar/restaurant. - you almost need a car or taxi to get to the nearest restaurant. Hotel staff do not recommend walking.

The room is reasonably spacious and airy and with a private balcony, an air conditioning, and a mini bar. The breakfast is really tasty, one of the best things.

The hotel was fairly large, with very-very nice staff and peaceful location easy to find when self driving from the airport. Location: the venue was right by sculptures placed among the natural vistas, such as San Jose and the city center.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the immaculate grounds. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and provided great options for relaxation and exercise. The acres of paths through the manicured gardens were a delight to explore, attracting a diverse range of birdlife and even dancing Monarch butterflies. Additionally, the hotel's location outside of the city provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The service staff were very attentive. We were able to easily do an early morning check-in. For the trip to Tortuguero we were able to store our big suitcases in the hotel. The hotel also has a large, very beautiful botanical garden that is absolutely worth seeing.

Mattress was a little soft
