Everything there was great and the staff were polite. The room was spacious and huge and had a pleasant view of the private gardens. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, like a cloud. The location offered was marvellous and lovely just next door to bus station, the art galleries, the Playhouse theater, shops and restaurants, and Edinburgh city centre.

Excellent and absolutely perfect location in a super convenient area very close to a maze to find, and most tourist locations Edinburgh Castle. Nearby The Magnum Restaurant & Bar - great place to chill out. Nicely furnished and brand-new rooms with a superb view over the garden. A kitchen and a nice, separate living area were nice.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Spacious apartments with everything you need and more. Efficient and welcoming staff.
Some maintenance issues, such as slow-draining shower and burn on the carpet. Dim lighting in the bedrooms, making it difficult to get ready.

Good reception and check-in.Just a few extras would have made this good apart-hotel an excellent one- namely; a bar of soap in the bathroom as the dispensers were out of reach of anyone actually IN the bath; a shelf in the shower room to enable guests to put a toilet bag down-- there was nowhere except the toilet seat on which to put anything; and clearer instructions about appliances in the kitchen, e.g., dishwasher controls.Overall, we were very satisfied, and these comments are meant to help, not to criticise too severely.
No, it was adequate for our needs, and we were comfortable during our stay--excellent beds.

Emma
The location was perfect and the value for the price was great. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed coming back to the apartment to relax and grab a snack after exploring Edinburgh. The desk staff were also very helpful and courteous. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend these apartments to others.

The value for money at this place was incredible, with well-equipped and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement with more variety and options.
