i really enjoyed the room, it was spotless with kids bunk bed, modern furnishings and a fantastic view. the location was brilliant, near separate sleeping areas, a playstation and a fantastic view of the pleasure beach, the restaurant, service and ambience and the park and water park.

Impressive fairly clean property, it has exceptionally kind staff at the reception desk. The double room is new-fashioned and has a heating system, a lounge area, and an iron. Hotel's breakfast is tasty, includes toast and fruit.

Great value, everything was second to none and the staff was tremendously helpful and very friendly. We were in the family room with complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen television, and coffee. The food was good and included toast and fruit. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was very good. Liked our stay and location of the hotel, and would stay here again.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a very nice area, just next door to fun park, the south pier and trams, and the centre of the strip with noise and stag dos. All the rooms were nicely decorated for the bedrooms as previous and with a family atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to Solaris Centre.
