The breakfast provided is delicious and served at your doorstep, adding a touch of convenience to your stay.

I would have liked the pool & spa open longer as we were u able to use these as we arrived at about 9 pm as spirit was late.

The weather was very cold so we appreciated the warmth.We booked on the internet and didn't receive the fact that there was a toaster and cutlery/crockery etc in the room,But we now know aand this would be a draw card next time. we were very impressed that the manager rang telling us we had left money in the room..This was returned promptly and gratefully received. All in all a good stay and a desire to return.

Spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location for Devonport and Turners Beach. Nice specialty shops in Ulverstone. Would stay again.

Towels not replaced: Toilet not cleaned: Shower not cleaned: Bins not emptied: Fridge not restocked: Listed "pay for" items not correct: 3 failed attempts to pay for accomodation day prior to leaving because of very early start - was told to return prior to 9.30pm - staff wouldn't answer door to reception, wouldn't answer reception phone; had to call outside line for them to answer: staff still wouldn't attend to my attempt to pay early...refused to get dressed to accomodate wishes and billed credit card instead of accepting cash, as was customer preference. Very poor attitude by staff with blessed little service. Felt like we were imposing, not welcomed at all.

Lovely swimming pool and hot tub! Very large 2 bedroom family room. Very clean.

Need to be abit more organised with the breakfast menus - ours was lost and we were left waiting for a breakfast that never arrived.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The hotel provides a very enjoyable environment, from the cleanliness to the staff's friendliness. The parking was abundant, and it was in a quiet and safe area. The hotel facilities were great, a restaurant was on-site, and the breakfasts were delicious. Its location was perfect, close to the city center and down along the beach, which was convenient for transportation.

We had trouble working the television. Host came to our room and happily showed us how. Quiet area.

complimentary box of tissues would have been useful. Pool not in use. Beds not made daily, just pulled up. But this seems to be the pattern in hotels in general these days.

Manager appeared "grumpy" and had not been "welcoming" at first impressions.

We had a great experience during our new year stay at a hotel in the coastal region. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making us feel at home during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the beach and many restaurants in the area. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

That the pool was out of service during our visit. It would have been nice to be able to take a dip in the pool during the hot summer days.
