all in all attractive and competitive value for money. it's literally easy walk to parliament house.

The location is great, being just a short walk across the road to manuka shops and restaurants. Great for the Canberra marathon, being less than 5mins from the start line. Spacious, clean and very comfortable, with lovely gardens and good parking.

Balcony can be dangerous for a climbing 2yr old and the front door could not be locked on the inside to prevent young ones from pulling down the handle and walking out.

The key cards are extremely sensitive to other electronic devices and corrupt easily.

Advertised as free wi fi not availabli in rooms only in room adjacent to office closed when office close Foxtel not available through whole 2 day stay nobody bothered to check . Told it was due to cloud coverage of which there was none for the bulk of the stay it was blinding clear sky day and night We have stayed there previously on three occasions won't be staying again .

The units are in need of a paint and carpet & curtains need a clean. I also requested on booking a ground level appartment if no lift was available as one of our party is on crutches. We had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs to our appartment which was a little disappointing.

The service. Staff were friendly, but wrong beds in the 2 apartments I booked, failed to allow access, failed to deliver beds as requested and access to rooms. Then told me I had gotten a bargain. Staff were friendly and gave a refund but after the event.

I needed a trouble free, comfortable venue for my last three days in Australia. The Bentley provided me with this.

The suite while large and comfortable, was a little dated. Also the electronic key sometimes needed two or three attempts To work, especially on tHe parking doors.

The location is great. I love the proximity to Manuka and the restaurants. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious, great for families.

The cleanliness needs a lot of work. The apartments are comfortable and spacious but some extra work like getting the mould out of the bathroom and removing marks from the walls would go a long way to making the apartments outstanding. Also, a lift is really needed. Carrying all the luggage up multiple flights of stairs, with small children, was not fun.
