I chose Beewon Guesthouse because it was located near Jongmyo Shrine, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi access and private parking offered by Beewon Guesthouse. I also enjoyed the communal kitchen where guests could prepare their own meals.

Limited storage space for longer stays.

Proximity to the centre of the town and availability of Korean restaurants.

Communication in English is difficult, and recording payment of room on computer for easy check resulting in me getting told to move out when I had two more days to go. Very embarassing and the staff who kept on asking to see my receipt for double check when she could easily checked it at their records made our stay not enjoyable but very irritating.

We book and paid for triple sharing room but instead we get the double bed room with 1 korean style bed which is very small and inconvenience for three people to fit in. In addition, the room number 307 very poor with water leak from the cilling everytime in rainy day.

The location is amazing - right in the heart of all the action and close to popular attractions. It's also conveniently located near the food and nightlife strip, which was a lot of fun at night. The staff, especially David and Chan, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even carried our luggage to the upper floors.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The aircon in our room didn't work, but luckily the weather was cool at night.

The staff at this guesthouse were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even helped us with our heavy luggage, despite the language barrier. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food options nearby. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and the kitchen was a great bonus. We also loved the friendly house cat. our stay here was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

My recent stay at Beewon Guesthouse was fantastic. The location was perfect, with numerous Korean restaurants, markets, and bars just a stone's throw away. The staff, especially the kind lady at the reception, was incredibly helpful. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided.

Although the breakfast was modest, with just toast, jam, and margarine, it was sufficient and served at a reasonable time. Additionally, the strong WiFi throughout the guesthouse was a definite plus.

i booking for the triple room with double bed but when i arrived there, the staff said there are no more triple room with double bed.they gave me the double room only but i need to paid for the triple room rate.

had a cozy stay in a well-equipped guesthouse with friendly staff and a cute resident cat. Conveniently located near main temples and a bustling eating-out street. Beds were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked a Korean style double room for 4 nights, only after full payment, their staff told me Korean style room was not available, they did not allow me to cancel the booking when they knew the room I booked was not available !! The owner lady was very rude ! at the beginning, she told me Korean style double room was not available for the first night and would be available next day, on the 2nd day, they said they would only change it for me on the 4th day, when I wanted to cancel booking for the rest of 2 days because they could not gave me the room I booked, they became very rude and kept lying that the standard room I stayed was Korean Style which I felt so angry !! they said I could complain to Booked.net, I could leave but not cancel booking or refund ! how could they deal with booking and customer in this way !! they could not fulfill my booking but still insisted full payment, when I noticed it was too late !!! It was an awful experience ! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, if you have already booked, make sure the room you get is same as booking before payment ! I heard a lot of similar cases when I stayed, it seems to me that they never taking booking seriously !!

I had such a wonderful stay at Beewon Guesthouse! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice private space for me to relax. I especially enjoyed the simple yet satisfying breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the popular tourist attractions and with easy access to the subway. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a fantastic stay in Seoul.

We booked this room quite late (about 2 days before departure), when we reached there, we found that our booking was not registered in their list of arriving guests :( However, the staffs tried their best to arrange a room for us, despite not getting what we booked for (a double room), they arranged a twin bunk bed room for us (with a little bit of discount) and we were saved from having to wander off searching for another place to stay with our heavy luggage. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

We stayed at the room just opposite the stairs on ground floor with some stools, so there were always someone who would sit there and chat. This causes our room to be a bit noisy with people chatting outside.

The guesthouse's location is excellent, with two nearby metro stations and plenty of buses for easy transportation. Many tourist spots are just 20-30 minutes away by bus or metro. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the guesthouse. The room, although small, is clean and the bathroom is also well-maintained. Toiletries are provided and there is a heated floor. Breakfast is free and there are even cats for some friendly company.

Felt relaxed, nothing too much trouble.
