Enjoyed our rooms with a sofa. Appreciated having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. The location was great, just a short walk to restaurants, Target, Walmart, and other shopping options. Stayed here monthly for medical treatment in Lexington.

The property was clean and staff was especially helpful. The breakfast with hot items and hot options, for example was good. The hotel's location was perfect, very close to restaurants, Walmart and highway, and the mountains and the beach. Furthermore, close to everything.

We walked everywhere, the location was decent and perfect, near I-75. It was also near to restaurants, Walmart and highway, Lexington for Parents Weekend at UK, and stores, restaurants. It was surely a real good stay at Great Value.

I really enjoyed the room with a jacuzzi and the cozy bed, plus having a microwave and fridge was convenient.

They stated hot breakfast and it was very minimal. The desk staff person was also running breakfast. He couldn't keep up. But overall great place , great value

The location here is fantastic, close to Walmart and plenty of stores and restaurants, making it ideal for Parents Weekend at UK.

The rooms were not clean. Several people had to change rooms trying to find a clean one.

The room was brand-new and great-sized with 2 queen size beds, appliances, and a sofa. A microwave and a refrigerator were available in the room. The location was favorable and absolutely perfect for exploring Lexington. Had a great lunch/dinner at First Watch, which was within walking distance of the hotel.

Rooms were so spacious and comfortable. Slept like a baby. Pool was awesome.

Breakfast was over before we got up. When some people travel, they get in late, and don't want to get up that early. Also, I think whatever time you check in, should be the time you check out. So you aren't rushing. It makes for a horrible day of driving when you are cranky. :)

The room was huge and had a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The bathroom was excellent with roll-in showers. The hotel's location is marvelous and decent, very close to shopping and the University of Kentucky for Parents Weekend.

Convenient early check-in and late check-out options. The room was super clean and had been recently updated, plus the bed was comfy 😊.

Not really anything

Beds made a lot of noise, not comfy. They are under renovations. Bathroom was dirty on ceiling. Lots of dust in vents. Questionable stains on wall and on curtains. Pool wasn't very warm

Smoke detector was gone, just wires hanging from the wall. No fire escape plan anywhere in the room (against fire code). Hairy bathroom, paint splatters on the carpeting.

Best Western provided a perfect location with friendly front desk staff. The facility was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the abundance of towels and the convenience of the big bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt parfait, and more. The lobby even offered coffee and hot tea upon arrival. a pleasant stay that I will definitely consider for future visits.
