The breakfast was great, the staff was especially helpful, the grounds were neat. We got very good services and a nice size room with fully opening windows. There was a lot of local meals. Highly recommended for a short break.

There were an electric kettle, an individual safe, and central heating in my standard room. Professional staff, helped me a lot. The location was perfect in a very nice area, short walk to the city centre, the Town Square and local church and good shops, restaurants and cafes.

The location of this hotel was ideal for my needs for the weekend. It was right in the middle of the old town, making it convenient to explore. I could easily walk to the Dom, the brewery, as well as shops and restaurants. It was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to everything, including transport links. The basic amenities in the rooms were impressive, the rooms were spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast was a bit boring, but it was still appropriate for a quick meal in the morning.

The Hof is great for what it represents -- a very typical small city hotel. Its distinguishing characteristic is that it is easily accessible from Munich airport. This is a quick blast of Bavarian hospitality that's ideal for an overnight stay before or after an international flight. Really good food, nice surroundings -- an altogether pleasurable experience. Be forwarned: the hotel does not have a lift (request the first floor) and the rooms, while clean and comfortable, need the promised renovation. The public rooms are just fine and the restaurant exudes wood-paneled charm (and features a good Schnitzel, too).

Lack of a lift could be a problem for those who have too much luggage.
