Tidy venue and flexible and extremely friendly employees. A nice size and tastefully decorated units with comfortable beds, nice windows, as for instance. Simple decoration in the rooms, perfect location. Cosy base for exploring Bergen.

The location was good, near Landmark. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

I liked the modern and ideal hotel.

Everything was good, personnel was very very helpful. The room was functional and new-fashioned with an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table available. The bed was comfy; and there was a walk-in shower.

The setting was quite perfect and exceptionally nice within easy reach of a large Catholic church.

Location, Location, Location! The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

The noise! Unfortunately, the hotel is located above a bar and nightclub, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The loud music and bass vibrations could be heard and felt throughout the entire building.

The breakfasts with separate voucher. Amazing and beautiful location for Bergen, close enough to all the restaurants as well as both railway station.

Was a little nervous about gaining access, as I was arriving after the reception closed when no staff are on site, but the instructions sent were clear and everything worked perfectly. My room was good, with a small fridge, and the hotel is close to the Hurtigrute terminal from which I was travelling next day. I got off at the 2nd stop of the airport bus, Festplassen (ignore google.uk maps which place this square somewhere different), and it was just a few minutes walk to the hotel. WiFi info in the lift, coffee machine on 2nd floor. The guy at reception next morning when I checked out was really friendly and the price is excellent value in Bergen.

no parking near the hotel, it may be the problem if you travel by car with little child.

Had a fine stay for holidays, everything was lovely. The rooms were beautifully decorated with wide bathroom, felt like home. The staffs were extremely friendly & really helpful.

It had very central location close to University Museum of Bergen.

The hotel was ideal with excellent and absolutely perfect location short down hill walk to Hutigruyten cruise terminal. Location: the property was not far from the harbour. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Naboen Pub & Restaurant.

Great value for money, spacious rooms with a welcoming atmosphere. Convenient amenities like a table, sofa chair, and kettle. Excellent breakfast options at a nearby cafe. Good location, especially for those with physical handicaps. Friendly and helpful staff.
