Had facilities needed in my family room, including a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and TV. The breakfast was satisfactory and available with food to come, the staff were well managed. The vibe here was family.

Newly renovated and compact rooms, lovely views of the sea. Central location, comfortable base for discovering Newquay. Found in the shopping area.

The hotel had indeed a fantastic location anywhere along the seafront. Plus, it was short walk to shops, restaurants and beaches, and Watergate Bay.

Recently refurbished and neat rooms with little games and a balcony. All in all particularly good location, very close to barrowfield on at least six previous occasions and the restaurants.

Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met the purpose. The weather was warm, had relaxing stay at property very good value for money. Views of the sea and beach were lovely, the room was airy and compact. The location was particularly good and the private parking was on-site.

The location was central, short walk to the shops and the gorgeous views, and barrowfield on at least six previous occasions. All of the staff were pretty friendly and accommodating. The room of this place was decent size with a double and single bed.

The twin room with fan and 2 bedrooms plus shower. Nice pool area, hot breakfast with food to come. Marvellous location adjacent to the outskirts of Newquay town as well as the seafront, only 5 minutes walk from Newquay Beach.

Fairly clean place with nice view over the sea. Very comfy beds in our twin room. Good location near to the ferry to Ireland, the seafront, and the beach and town, excellent food.

We had a lovely experience. We loved the hotel, it was good value and had incredible location short walk to beach and sea front, Newquay, Padstow, Truro and further afield and Perranporth and Watergate Bay.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, just a few yards from the beach and a short walk into the town center. It's also conveniently situated on a peaceful street with a bus stop right outside, providing easy access to various destinations. The staff at this hotel were nice and friendly, always ready to help in any way they could. They even went above and beyond by returning a left-behind iPad to the guest by post. Excellent customer service! The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with basic amenities provided. The attention to detail was evident, with a double and single bed on the dusty corridor floor and a kingsize bed on the top floor. The option to order our evening meal at breakfast time was a great time-saving feature, ensuring that we didn't have to wait long for our food to come at the restaurant, which is also a plus.

Minor maintenance issues in some areas of the hotel could be improved.
