The location was beautiful as it was minutes away from restaurants and bars. The staff were fantastic friendly and hospitable, gave us great tips. The restaurant here was really nice for dinner, we both ordered tasty dishes.

The service was friendly with an early check-in. The breakfast was very very good and available with a chilled out meal and views down to the coast, as for instance, the staff were efficient. The location was lovely in the morning over the mountain and met the demands.

The hotel is second to none with a very modern design and nestled in a beautifully designed building. All the staff members are professional and friendly efficient. The food is good with a great selection of options, including eggs and pancakes.

The location was excellent and lovely - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. All of the staff was excellent friendly and efficient. The restaurant was really nice for dinner here, we had savoury dishes.

It's based in the heart of the city.

Stunning location with great view of sea and hills. Efficient staff on reception and elsewhere. Exceptionally clean and impeccable rooms with extremely comfy beds. Friendly service, excellent and great breakfast.

This 1st class hotel was fairly clean. The staff was hospitable, the room was brand-new and spotless. I ate at a really nice restaurant for dinner. The location of the property was magnificent - not very far from Playa Del Duque. You could walk to shopping malls and local supermarkets. Had cool drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening.

The hotel's location offers gorgeous views, but it is not right on the ocean. The terrace, however, loses the sun early and can be too cold to enjoy even in a light wind. The hotel staff is attentive and the breakfast buffet is good. the spacious suites provide a luxurious experience, with the privilege of a private pool to relax in.

The hotel's reception staff may not always provide accurate information, as they initially claimed there were no other available rooms despite low occupancy.
