Huge rooms with full kitchen and outstandingly accommodating staff, everything was great. The location of the hotel was amazing - a 10-15 minute walk from a tranquil beachfront park.

Had a QUITE COMFORTABLE time. The room I stayed in was great-sized and complete with a fridge, a great shower and incredibly comfortable bed.

Lovely little hotel in a fairly quiet area just off south beach with free trolley bus and many restaurants and convenience stores and the ocean.

The personnel is pretty friendly and exceptionally friendly. The location is stunning, not far from supermarkets, great restaurants and nice cafés, you cannot beat it.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with convenient access to the beach and nearby dining options. One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

Despite the advertisement of free parking, there were very limited spots available and we had to find street parking. The lack of proper curtains or blinds on some windows made us feel a little exposed, especially considering the proximity to other buildings and the busy intersection outside.

The hotel staff is amazingly kind, both Christina and her assistant made our day! They also kept an eye on our luggage on the day of flight after check out. The room was huge for the price and very clean (much much better than Miami beach hotel standards!!!). We had flat screen tv, iron, microwave, small fridge, wardrobe and great continental brekfast included. The hotel is located in norht beach and the bus stop is just across the street. The parking is free outside the hotel.

The room was quite small but very comfortable. Towels and large king bed were spotlessly clean and the small kitchen area an added bonus. Although located in an urban area, a 2nd floor outside area had a couple of longers and a table and chairs which were useful. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and the Manager was a very chatty, cheerful lady who was happy to help in any ay she could to make guests feel welcome.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel for 10 days. The owner, Cristina, was welcoming and considerate. The lobby and room were clean and comfortable, with fresh and soft linens. Parking was free and convenient. The location was perfect, just a block away from a clean beach. Cristina even helped with laundry and provided helpful information about the area.

Noise from outside and from the corridor and reception. Breakfast options were limited, expected more variety.
