The hotel was pleasant and had a perfect location. The staff were knowledgeable and the room had exceptional views. The room size was great and it had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a study table.

The services were good, the room was reasonably large and cosy with neon lighting, and the staff was friendly, excellent, and provided great recommendations.

The rooms here are practical and quite spacious. Each room comes with a terrace and a bathroom 🛁. However, the bed could use a little firmness.

Very loud. Windows aren`t soundproof, you can hear the noise from far away, walls and door as if made of cardboard, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor and in neighbouring rooms. Fortunately my neighbours were not very loud; bad internet connection on the 6th floor, always interrupting; very hard mattress.

We enjoyed our stay at Bahn-Hotel in Dusseldorf. the personnel were knowledgeable and the location was strategic, making it the perfect place for a short stay. Our room was neat, warm, and had a shower, clean toilet, and bathroom.
