This hotel is a fabulous find! The location right on the bridge with 13 Arches provides stunning views of the rapidly rising tide and beautiful sunsets over the river. Additionally, the proximity to the old church adds to the charm and character of the area. The rooms with a view over the water are spacious and clean, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Lastly, the breakfast provided at this hotel is top-notch, ensuring a delicious start to the day.
All was superb at this hotel, no improvements needed.

Good location, nice village. The room was really excellent - comfortable bed and armchairs, contemporary decor and local art, outstanding view. Flatscreen tv and dvd player was a boon as well as the weather was foul. The food in the restaurant was top quality too and staff were (mostly) charming and helpful.
Limited room facilities for the price. No kettle or fridge for example. The biggest issue though was noise from the restaurant below in the late evening and, worse, noise from the floor above. Guests in the room above had a small toddler and his thumping footfalls and crying were very loud in our room.

Great breakfast, very nice modern room with a sea view.
Quite loud noise from the restaurant below the rooms.

We had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel. The location was stunning, with beautiful views and a lovely courtyard setting. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with two levels for sleeping and a comfortable sofa bed. The highlight was the shower room, which had an extra large shower and a modern sink. The hotel also provided a nice selection of glasses and crockery, including a salad spinner and chopping boards. the accommodation was top-notch and exceeded our expectations.
There were a few disappointments during our stay. we were surprised that there was no dishwasher in the kitchenette, and even more surprised to find that there was no cloth or washing up liquid provided to do our dishes.

Short drive from ferry port, plenty of free parking. Quiet residence within central village location, good breakfast, great walks across dunes and easy access to wide beaches. Good base for exploring this part of the coast. Evening meal was good, however wine selected from menu was unavailable.
Message from Hotel left on our home phone regards Reception opening times (after we had left for France) - not very helpful. Found clothes belonging to a previous occupant of the room in the Wardrobe. Reception staff seemed disengaged and pre-occupied with other matters - assume they are "just being French". Window blind on apartment glass door missing (Ground Floor) - no privacy from other guests.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the bridge with 13 arches. The view over the water is spectacular, especially during the sunset. Additionally, being right next to the old church adds a charming touch to the atmosphere.
All in all, everything was just fine.

Room was excellent with lovely views. Food in restaurant very good & service friendly.
Room was over the bar/restaurant - there is no reception as such - o when we arrived at 5pm ish the place was completely closed. Luckily a neighbour located the owner for us who opened up. If we'd known in advance, it would not have been a problem, but we were worried as phone number went to a fax machine. Breakfast was not served until 9am which was too late for us.

Lovely sea view, great bedding, mini-house feel, courtyard setting, safe walk to water's edge, surprised by daily bed-making.
Not one thing.

A new attic double room with sea view. Of exceptionally good design, excellent workmanship, tasteful decoration and spotlessly clean. An imaginative menu served by pleasant and attentive staff.
The attic bedroom is accessed by a two flight circular stair case - not good for those with creeking joints.

We had the room in the loft of the old building. It had only been open for 4 weeks. It was pure luxury, quite a surprise for a room above an old auberge. Beautiful luxury, open plan shower room, spacious bedroom area, lovely view, fresh orchids, huge bed - bliss and only 70 euros. Very good value for such a room.

Had a decent time at this hotel during Christmas. The building is quite quaint and located in a lovely village. The room was cozy and had a heater to keep us warm during the chilly nights. The view of the sea from the window was a pleasant surprise.
The staff was not very friendly or attentive. We had to wait a long time to be served, and when we were, the food was mediocre at best.

The room was very clean and modern. The staff were extremely helpful (as our children were sick at the time). The food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was traditional french - but filling. Location of hotel is lovely.
