The property was well priced and lovely little with fantastic friendly staff who have good customer service.

Marvellous location not too far from Roquette Street. A good choice of cafés and bars.

Really enjoyed a small mini fridge, good heating, and a storage space in the room. Generally everything was really good, nevertheless the bathroom was very small.

The hotel's location was central, right by Voltaire subway station. It was good to have warm drinks in the café bar.

We needed to have elevator, but they didn't have it.

Loved the place, it was well priced and worked for me. It had good food, extremely helpful staff. Had a very very good experience staying at the queen room. The location in a very convenient area was perfect and there were the Sunday market and a market nearby.

The place was impeccably clean with an excellent staff who have good customer service. That hotel was in an excellent and nice location, close to nearest metro station. What's more, it was adjacent to walking distance to sights as well as metro / subway.

The hotel had a marvellous and incredible location next to So we Are. Stayed in cheap guest room with fridge, microwave and shared bathroom. Stayed for 4 days and did not want to leave, I will definitely go again next time.

The location of the hotel was great and incredible - not too far away from Le Marais. The room on the same level as the bathrooms.

It was in a central location, to the city center in about 30-40 minutes by walk. The employees were amiable and fairly friendly all the time.

The king room is brand-new with shower, TV, as example. Its location very close to Bastille is perfect.

Got decent size, neat room with fridge and microwave oven. The location was marvellous and absolutely incredible, you can visit a Roman Catholic parish church by walking.

This is a very nice choice if you want to save money. The hotel is simple and the single room is enough: microwave, mini-refrigerator, hit, small lavatory, a small shelf and hangers and clean sheets. There are two subway's stations near by and there's a bus line straight to louvre museum and eiffel tower. The shared bathroom was cleaned all time and the bath had hot water. The receptionists was friendly, although they don't speak english well. Who cares? I can't speak english very well too haha

There's no elevator in the hotel and none employee to help you with your bags. So... if you are accomodate at 3rd or 4th floor, get prepared to carry everything upstairs. But this is nothing by comparison with the cost-effective to the others. Despite this negative issues, i would recommend Au Royal Mad.
