We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, providing us with helpful advice and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the well-maintained hotel facilities, including the spacious and comfortable rooms with lovely views. The convenient free parking, accessible transportation and great location near everything made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the organic breakfast was exceptional!

I was there for a wedding, and it was very well set up for group and corporate events. There was an efficiency and sense that thee large scale things were very well organised. The conference/ banquet rooms were excellent and the spa facilities downstairs were great. The pool was small but very relaxing- more for a splash around than a swim. The first room we stayed in was very good - room 188. I think it was called a superior room but in a good location very quiet and well laid out.
This was definitely better on the large scale than the small. In our party there were a number of stories of a lack of attention to detail in service that I guess comes from dealing with large numbers of people. Our booking was twice written down incorrectly and we felt that the reception staff were often too busy to really listen. The bikes that we borrowed had not been maintained and there was no correct pump in the garage, and again this seemed like too small a detail for the staff to bother with. In short, definitely a place that is worth visiting, but I feel that with a little more training on customer care or maybe taking in fewer people at one time the experience would be greatly improved. For a business conference though- probably a great hotel.

This place is truly luxurious and provides enhanced comfort and quality services. The rooms are beautifully decorated and modern, with stylish furnishings. I particularly loved the addition of the I-Pod docking station in the room, which added a touch of convenience and luxury. The restaurant at this hotel is truly remarkable, offering fantastic dishes that are a delight for the taste buds. The sommelier here, Oliver, is extremely knowledgeable and offers a wide range of wines by the glass. The swimming pool is also very nice and big, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
There may be some difficulty in finding parking when there are conferences running, but this place is recommended to everyone.
