I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children working there could provide more assistance and support.

I recently stayed at Atrium Ambiance in Rethymno for a week-long holiday. The hotel staff were superb, always willing to help and accommodate any requests. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Blue Flag beach and a pleasant stroll to the Old Town. The hotel itself was cozy and eco-friendly, with a noticeable absence of plastic. The bar staff made delicious cocktails and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel next year.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beautiful Blue Flag beach and close to bars and restaurants. The rooms are modern, stylish, and cleaned daily with spacious bathrooms. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and can speak multiple languages. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful with lots of choices on offer. The pool area is always clean and spotless, with plenty of shaded areas to relax.

The hot food at dinner is sometimes not hot enough, but the buffet has plenty of choice.

The hotel had comfy beds and a great pool bar. The location was also pretty convenient for exploring the city and the beach was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the free breakfast with a variety of options.

Our romantic escape was far from perfect at times due to the rude staff. The room was not cleaned properly upon our arrival and it took a while for the issue to be resolved.

The hotel had good meals and a great location near the beach. The swimming pool was also calm and relaxing.

The room was dirty with stains on the carpet. the staff was rude and unhelpful when we complained.

I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I was impressed by the range of facilities. The location was perfect as I was able to get to the Blue Flag beach in just two minutes and to the old town in about 20 minutes walk alongside seashore. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from.
