The place was impeccably clean and we loved single room. The staff were extremely helpful and amazingly attentive and food was amazing! This hotel had a central position close enough to the centre. Further, it was close to the bus station, the airport and the waterfall at Varone or connections to Verona or Venice.

Marvellous location just off the restaurants, the mountains above Lake Garda and the museum and the lake and main attractions area; efficient check-in. Situated only 1 km from Congress Centre.

The breakfast was fantastic and excellent with a huge variety of options in the pool area. Fab central location really close to Close to the bus station which is great for travelling around the Lake and Riva del Garda and the center. We dined out at Pizza Express, set really close to the hotel😃

Everything is very good, I greatly enjoyed top-class room and peaceful location. The employees are all extraordinary service-minded. The ambiance is ELEGANT. The breakfast offers variety of cakes, pastries, pancakes, and fruit. Would recommend to stay here.

Clean and impressive accom with marvellous and fab location very close to the local bus station and pick up point for excursions, Harbour / Town Centre, and the beautiful gardens. Courteous staff, efficient check-in and lovely bar. Impeccable, tidy room with balconies, good beds, for instance.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff here are absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even offering us a welcome drink tailored to our preferences. They were very knowledgeable about the local area and provided us with great recommendations. We were particularly impressed with how child-friendly the hotel was, as we had our 3-year-old with us. The parking facilities were convenient and the breakfast spread was incredible. It only took us a short 10-minute walk to reach the lake and the town, making this hotel's location perfect for exploration. The spa here was truly exceptional, offering a range of services and child-friendly hours in the morning. The hotel also provided bikes for rent, which we took advantage of, and the night staff were incredibly friendly.

Good location . Nice garden and swimming pool. Quiet rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were very clean. A nice hotel to spend an Italian holiday. Riva is an excellent departure place to discover the rest of the lake.
First we had a room under the attic with a very small window. I had a feeling I couldn't breath. The young man at the reception promised to arrange another room and indeed the next morning we got another room with a larger window.
