In the centre of the city, very convenient. We appreciated rooms and service, nothing bothered me. Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore sungai kapur. Was a nice place for holiday.

The staff struggle a little bit with their English, but are really helpful. The hotel is centrally located in town and has all the things you'd expect in a business hotel at the lower end of the quality range - kettle for tea or coffee, phone in the room, complimentary toiletries etc. The rooms are small but mine had everything I needed, including ac and tv. Absolutely fine for overnighting on the way to somewhere else.... I stayed in my way to and from the Tabin Wildlife Reserve. From what I heard from other travellers I met, it is probably one of the better options in town.

Breakfast isn't that great, with mostly Asian options - but then it's a hotel aimed at Asian businessmen since Lahad Datu is a centre for the palm oil industry - but for one night it was ok.

We used this hotel for overnight stay while waiting to go to Danum Valley.

Our toilet was not clean and had pubic hairs on the seat. The fridg was not clean.

We initially got a room where people had been smoking. We got a better one though after we complained. It is noisy (Street Noise)
