They actually had free Wi Fi. We dined at little sheep hot pot, that is just 1000 feet away...

We could easily get to yin tai center market and jianwai soho was very close to the hotel. 15 mins on foot to the subway station. Fengtai neighborhood was worth exploring. We greatly enjoyed staying at ascott beijing

The apartments were very spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, shops, and banks within a short walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It was quite dirty, and the ball pit was filthy. The breakfast was not up to par with our expectations.

Location was good. Rooms are spacious. Kids liked swimming pool (1.5m deep).

Room was bit unclean and used, but still not too bad. Most of staff speaks good English but not all. Quite expensive.

The 2 bedroom accomodation was perfect for a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 children ). Very spacious appartment. Close to a subway station. Excellent italian restaurant in front

This hotel is a luxurious venue that provided outstanding amenities during our stay. We had access to exclusive private facilities that included a spa and fitness center with a sauna and steam room. The room advantages were outstanding, with spacious and well-designed suites that had high-end furnishings and beautiful views of the city skyline. The bar/lounge area was relaxing, and we were impressed with the variety of cocktails and drinks available. We also appreciated the location advantages, which was centrally located and easily accessible to popular tourist sites.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was with the service at the restaurant. While the food was exceptional, the waitstaff was slow to take our order and provide prompt service.

We traveled with a group of 6 adults and a 3-year old child. The 3 bedroom suite with 2 queen-sized beds and one room with two single beds was perfect for us. The huge living room was a great place to meet for all of us. The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious.

Only thing that could be improved was that the shower and toilet in the master bedroom had some yellow limescale and could have been slightly better maintained. But it was not so bad that we needed to complain to the hotel management about it.

Much much better than I had expected. one can never stay such a comfortable and spacious room with the fee you pay to usual hotels. I missed the room when I had departed.

Breakfast was miserable, I payed extra 80 yuan but far less deserve it. in addition, other long-term-staying customers packed foods to bring to their room or workplace, so foods are scarce.

We stayed in a spacious apartment, complete with a kitchen and laundry room. The location was excellent as it was nearby a metro station and bus stop, as well as various shopping centres. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, with prompt responses to our requests for service. The breakfast was a good start to the day with a varied selection of food. The gym and pool were also great amenities.

The elevator wait times were occasionally a bit lengthy.

Room cleaning services is poor,they cleaned very fast and unwilling,the bathroom floor always was dirty,some towels were torn and old,carpet floor was dirty and the dining table chairs were dirty very bad with many black spots,I think the room is not worth its price because of lake of cleanliness.

The 2 and 3 bedroom units living and kitchen areas were really roomy and nice, bedrooms - the single beds are hard. Pool, gym jacuzzi great!, Location convenient to subway. Affordable food available in mall beside ascott, and 7 eleven. great price compared to staying in hotels will stay again

I loved staying at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with both Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, with the metro station close by. I also appreciated the fact that there was a small grocery store nearby and a great Italian restaurant just across the street.

Location is very good, it is five minutes walking to subway station. Shopping centers and department stores are in 15 minutes walking. Very good sport facilities like pool , sauna and equipped gymnasium. Enough kitchenware. Good breakfast. Helpful front desk comfortable

I saw many Muslim guests there. As one of them, I wish hotel prepare more facilites for them, like a daily specific time for women swimming. Today, with wireless notebooks, tablets and mobile-phones, in rooms WiFi is a must. also a shopping store for daily needs of guests in hotel is missed. I informed they are supposed to renovate there. hope in the renovation they consider it. Also, arrival guests face with an empty refrigerator, if they arrange a paid on-request service for first day to prepare some fruit, cold water or other soft drinks and foods , they help guests do not worry about shopping after a long trip.
