Most of personal was pleasant and useful, especially a man who recommend us some villages for our travel to the coast. The location is good, very close to the old town center.
In our trip in France we got 6 hotels and this one was the worst despite the kindness of the personal. In our room the toilet was broken and only after our rejection we were relocated to another room. It was on the 4th floor without the lift and there was a horrible smell from the toilet that penetrated through closed door and didn't let us to sleep. When the 1st room was repaired we were relocated there but it turned out to be full with streetnoise. There's no free parking close to the hotel and all closest are expensive.

Staff very good - location excellent - good value for money
Room was clean but basic. Curtains not hanging properly, holes in the wall where previously something had hung. The decor in the room could do with updating. Beds very comfortable though.

The location was excellent, close to tourist sites and the Cathedral. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel owner gave great tips for exploring nearby areas and renting a car. a great choice for a stay in Rouen.
Cannot find any fault.

This hotel was in very poor condition - our shower was broken, the basin taps were rusty and the carpet was very dirty. The beds were awful. Good things? Well the breakfast was just about adequate.
The stairs up to our room were cluttered with boxes and bits of furniture - in a fire they would have been a real hazard. We left a day early!

We were really impressed with the warm welcome and excellent English spoken by the staff. The secure parking, though limited, was a great option to have. The hotel's central location was perfect, just 2 minutes away from the cathedral and close to all the major sites and the city center. The value for money was also outstanding, making it a great choice for our short stay. The friendly and helpful staff, including the owners' family, made our experience even more enjoyable.
Felt lucky, no complaints at all.

The sheets were clean and the desk clerk was pleasant.
It was musty smelling. The towels were smelly and the rack fell off the door. The toilet leaked. The place was not no smoking. Mold in the shower. The hand shower was not mounted.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was both comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the city sights and the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and taken care of.
The breakfast could have been improved with a better variety of options.

Excellent location - right in the city centre. Room/beds were clean, but extremely basic. Had one double and two single beds in the room, which was ideal for our family. Nice and welcoming hostess.
Had windows open at night as it was hot, and the noise outside was unbearable (Fri and Sat), as there is a night club on the corner. Bathroom tiles all covered in mold with no signs of any attempts to clean it off. After hours entry through the back courtyard which is dark and smelly.

We had a fantastic stay at this funky hotel! The art throughout the hotel, including our room, was amazing. The hotel owner, Jean-Christopher, made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. It was great value for money and the location in downtown was perfect. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, even accommodating our late-night arrival. We also loved the street art theme and the fish tank in the reception. Our children especially enjoyed the three-tiered bunk beds. a memorable and family-friendly experience.
Nothing, everything was perfect! 👌🏼😊

Our hosts were very hospitable, and we loved their dog Scooby! The rooms are an excellent value with a good location right in the middle of Rouen, very close to downtown and the tourism office.
If you really need peace and quiet, don't book this hotel on a Saturday night. The windows block most of the noise (easy enough for me to sleep) but not entirely.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the noise level was quite high, especially at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Stayed here, felt like a queen with the complimentary newspapers and coffee, plus free Wi-Fi! So fancy! Also loved the quiet location, like a peaceful oasis in a bustling city.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of having only one key for the room! Nothing says convenience like juggling keys with travel companions.
