Spotlessly clean and WONDERFUL hotel, great location very close to a bus station. Nice staff at check-out, and appropriate room with a comfortable bed, tea/coffee, a hot steaming shower. Breakfast with very fresh salads and differemt foods, for example.

Good for one night. Charming hotel, clean, with really kind and very good staff at check-out. In the center of Haifa and close to the bay and a harbor. Savoury and tasty breakfast with great products.

My room was extremely pleasant and new-fashioned and had a mini-fridge-bar, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The location was incredible and amazing, you can visit Haifa's Municipal Theater by walking. Further, it was close to the downtown area where many restaurants/bars are available and bars, pubs, restaurants and night clubs...

It is a wonderful property located in Hadar HaCarmel district just next door to the center of the city and all the bars, pubs, restaurants and night clubs. Totally recommended for shopping.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great bed for a good night's sleep. And the views of Haifa from the hotel were simply breathtaking.

All was fine during our stay.

The location of the hotel was not that bad, however the hotel is located in the worn out building, and the district does not look too impressive either. What I did not appreciate was a quite a bit patronizing attitute of the staff of the hotel.

If you prefer smaller hotels located in an urban area this is a good choice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the room was updated and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The neighborhood is OK but not beautiful.

The stay at this hotel was excellent. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. We were pleased to find convenient parking nearby. Additionally, there were supermarkets and stores close to the hotel, which was a great convenience.

No soap bars in bathroom. I dont like liquid soap. Airconditioning remote was difficult to get to the proper temperature. It was always to cold and we had to turn off the AC.

Great place to stay for a trip to Haifa. Pleasant and exceptionally comfortable hotel with nice employees at check-out A brand-new and big room provided with an extra bed and tea/coffee, for example. Favourable location to an art gallery. Small restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. A wide range of different bars and restaurants to eat outside the hotel.

I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel, filled with unique artwork that added an interesting touch to the decor. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The comfortable rooms provided a relaxing environment, and the delicious breakfast at the nearby café was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its charm and reasonable price.

The desk help was exceptionally solicitous. The breakfast was wonderful. And the beds were very very comfortable.

Our room did not get cleaned. We had to ask for toilet paper, which was promptlhy delivered.

The entrence and the hall way is nice. The rest is not so nice.

We got a smoking room, even after we asked for nonesmoking. Aircondition didn't work, safe didn't work. Place and area is full of russians who likes vodka a lot. Breakfast was awful.

The hotel is located in a street where it's difficult to find parking, but it is very close to the Russian market and the beach, as advertised online. There is a little cafe nearby where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast that's included in the room's reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with fascinating artworks.

Some rooms may need improvement, as noticed by a guest who mentioned low ceilings in their room.
