The Mexican specialty restaurant was really great! Food selection for lunch and dinner very abundant and delicious, as well as the snacks for in between. The shows in the evening were interesting, exciting and entertaining.
The animators have been very reclusive and not involved (at least in volleyball), there is also no club dance. The pool water was not as pleasant..i.e. as sweet. For breakfast it would be nice if there was more fruit or other sweets.

The hotel provided a clean environment with great facilities, including a wide variety of food options served at different outlets. The location was perfect, as it was on a great beach, and there was easy transportation to the rest of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

Christmas at this hotel was decent, the decorations were well done and the staff were generally friendly enough. The location of the hotel is great - right on the beach with beautiful views. The pool area was also pretty nice, with plenty of sun loungers available, but it did get pretty crowded.
There were definitely some negatives to my experience. The food was pretty poor quality, with not much variety and not very tasty.

The hotel is situated in the midst of extremely well-kept gardens, making for a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The beach is nearby, and the al a carte Italian restaurant is also a great spot to relax in. Some rooms have good-sized bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space, with helpful staff always on hand.
Some areas of the hotel can feel a bit crowded and chaotic, with long queues and limited seating.

The resort was located in a beautiful forest area, offering breathtaking views. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a gorgeous pool area and a beach located nearby. The food was varied and of excellent quality. We particularly enjoyed the made-to-order scrambled eggs and pastries for breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The evening entertainment was lacking. After dinner, there wasn't much to do, and we found ourselves bored.
