It's a beautiful hotel, the staff are fantastic friendly and the breakfast is enjoyable. The rooms are spotless, neat, and come with a lounge and a kettle.

Neat room, bed was extremely comfy plus there was a reasonably spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, had lots of options. The location met required needs, it was amazing to the beaches around Newquay. Food was great, staff was amiable and excellent.

There were a telly, a lounge, and a kettle in the room, really enjoyed that. The staff and the host were all amicable and very very helpful. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable for me, easy to walk into the town to the harbour.

We had the triple room which was spotless and neat. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. Its location in Newquay was wonderful, right by a bakery, spar shop and chippy, the bus station and the surrounding area. Also, the hotel was at a moderate distance from Newquay Beach.

The room was large and neat, we had an electric kettle and refrigerators. Delicious and enjoyable breakfast options, the food was nice. The service was good and the location was particularly good.

The hotel is beautiful with neat rooms and good services. A wide range of products for a delicious and sensational breakfast. Fantastic location close enough to town centre to walk and knowledgeable and excellent staff. And so close to the beach and the shops, the field which was great for the dog and sea and town.

The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with a huge variety of dishes. The rooms were compact and neat with a bath, a soft bed, as example, that's all we needed.

They placed us in a triple room which was neat and large. The bathroom was clean and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and soft bathrobes for our convenience. Our location was good all to do with the sea.

The triple room was neat with extra's, the bed was extremely comfy. There were facilities such as a lounge area, coffee, and a kettle. The hotel was in a particularly good location right by town centre and the beaches and Mawgan Porth. The service was good, the food was fab. Friendly and pleasant people were working here.

Absolutely lovely staff, friendly and kind to my disabled son. Good communication and prompt breakfast. Very clean, handy fridge. Knowledgeable staff and local location.

I booked neat and compact room with fridge and extra's plus a lovely bathroom. The delicious and enjoyable breakfast had a GREAT selection of meals and the food I tasted was great. The staff was amicable, just as I expected. Hotel's location was particularly good and fab, all to do with the sea.

Everything is great here. The property has a marvellous location, near beach, the town centre and restaurants and shops. Also, it's located 2 km from a sized zoo. The hotel has spotless and fabulous rooms with a lovely bathroom and a great value for money breakfast.
