This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable and the rooms are spacious and clean, exceeding expectations. The location is also a big plus, as it is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk away from the metro station.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

At short notice, it is hard to find clean accomodation for a family. This hotel had non-smoking rooms available and offeres the family a quiet, comfortable room at a reasonable price - breakfast included of course.

Despite being in modest area of city (but seemed totally safe to us) and with other appartments in complex - it was a good and comfortable hotel with large rooms and good facilities that far exceeded its price range. While both a significant road and a railway are at the back of the hotel - the rooms look into the courtyard so are not affected by the rear external noise - so it is effectively a quite location. Excellent breakfast layout and meal choice. Very large underground car park and to us worth the € 5 per night cost - but for those saving cost roads outside hotel and also inner courtyard are not restricted. Excellent Sbahn link to city with station just at top of road. Also excellent Italian restaurant at top of the road.

Convenient location near public transportation and easy access to city center. Spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options.
Lack of free internet access. Some disappointment with the restaurant's overly salty dishes.

We booked a room for 4 people and received a 2 + luggage room with enough room for a further 2 cot beds to be added to the room if needed. Breakfast was good and location close to railway with underneath secure parking.
Our room had not been used for some time and there was a smell from the bathroom when we opened the door, easily fixed by running the taps and smell was gone. Biggest problem we had with the hotel was the pay TV, unfortunately this was accessable by normal TV remote giving you 5 mins viewing before paying. Two of these stations were erotica and not for the viewing eyes of children who are well able to channel surf. Only other problem (small at that) was the communication however this was only with one staff all the rest a enough english with our minute amount of german to get information across to each other

The atmosphere was very blah. The lights in the lobby of the floor were off at night. The breakfast was not good.

The hotel had ample parking and was conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The breakfast had a vast choice and was tasty.

Hotel location was ok - close to the highway and relatively close to the city center, with good public transportation.
Hotel staff was not sufficient (on the arrival day it was non-existent); car park gate was broken and there was no information about this fact what resulted in 20-min delay in leaving.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from a metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find our room had an extra bed and a balcony. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast provided was also delicious and satisfying.
