Overall it was decent sized and fairly quiet with a terrace. The hotel was in a perfect location, down on the canal.

The location is perfect and excellent, 3 km from Monoprix. The units were neat on the upper floors. The hotel staff is really kind and amazing friendly. The property exceeded high expectations, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Incredible location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Our room was big equipped with kitchen and an attached balcony, for instance, paid US$ 90. The staff was excellent friendly and amicable, always there to help.

Nothing it was perfect.

It does not have luxuries, but it has everything necessary for a pleasant stay. In our case, we were looking for a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and dishes to solve the issue of food, and it met our expectations. It is not centrally located, but it has the Metro 5 station at the door, which allows you to connect to any point in the city, it is in a nice neighborhood, with several food stores and supermarkets at hand. It has a 24 hour reception and luggage storage. For us it was a very good option.

They don't remove the waste from the rooms, passenger has to take care of it. They could leave a hairdryer and a floor cloth in the bathroom, our bathroom didn't have a shower screen and it got all wet when using the shower. I had two stays in one week, in the first one the room was facing the street, window did not close, it is a very busy street, rest was not good, in the second one everything was fine.

We always stay at Appart'City when we visit and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, with the metro line 5 right outside, making it easy to reach the city center and popular attractions like Bastille in just 10 minutes. The room may be small, but the bed is comfortable and the shower is small but nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, and despite facing the street, our room was surprisingly quiet. There's a delicious buffet breakfast option available, but there's also a fantastic French bakery on the corner and a supermarket nearby.
