Apartment was large, with very good appointments and layout. Staff were helpful and professional.

On the second evening of our stay, our hot water system was somehow switched off. As it was after 8:00 pm, the Reception Office was unmanned, and nobody answered the after hours telephone. So, we boiled water in kettle and saucepans, thus providing our family with at least a lukewarm bath. So, the main negative was the inability to contact Reception or any Staff or a Manager after 8:00 pm.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the outskirts of a small village near Versailles and it was fantastic. The price was very reasonable for the area, and the location was quiet and peaceful. The staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the basic amenities provided were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the wifi connection was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and had a good variety of options.

This is a very nice hotel located in a calm, clean and tranquil area.The rooms are clean and comfortable with a little kitchen.The nearest train station is in three km from the hotel. We travalled by a car and drove to the train station, left the car there and went to Paris by train, it took fourty minutes.

It was difficult to find the hotel. As it is new one the gps navigator couldn't find it.

Great place for a Christmas getaway! The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely kitchen. Located near a quiet and peaceful village and close to the Palace of Versailles and train station, which made it easy to explore. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

The corridors could use more lighting as they automatically shut off. The location is far from Paris and requires driving through narrow forest roads, which may not be ideal for everyone.

The hotel facilities were great with a small kitchenette in the room and private parking available. The location in the outskirts of a small village was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Also, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are nice.

We came late and had to pick up the keys form a box which was fine. But then it was difficult to find our rooms (maps not very helpful). The door would not open, so I had to phone reception, they advised me to go back to the box to get another key. The envelope suggested was not there. Had to phone reception again and then look for the new room again. When I finally got in, it looked as if somebody lay in the bed before. There was a towel on the floor and other towels did not look very clean.

Nice hotel but horrible to find it. Took us almost 2.5 hours to get to the hotel. There was no proper signboard leads to the hotel. Out of office support personal is not helpful. No staff at the reception during the holidays.
