Had a very good stay here during our trip. Its location in Krakow was magnificent and stunning, next to the Market Place and the others Krakow's attractions, old market square and Krakow centre. A cool bonus was Bistro Charlotte, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. Enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast.

Very good service overall and parking outside. The location was perfect - walk from bars and restaurants.

The value for money at this hotel is unbeatable. With excellent prices, attention to detail, and basic amenities, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-appointed, complete with coffee making facilities that are free to use. And the location is simply perfect, just a few minutes away from the main square and surrounded by lovely cafes where you can sit outside and soak up the atmosphere.

All was more than okay, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town square, offering easy access to all the major attractions in the city. Guests can enjoy the lively atmosphere and various activities just a few minutes' walk away. there are shops and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for guests to buy snacks and other necessities.

The hotel does not have a lift, which may pose a challenge for guests with mobility disabilities.

Location great and BRILLIANT, right next to a bus stop. Again, walking distance to Main Square.

We ate at a lovely restaurant for breakfast. The bed was large, had fairly clean bathroom. The location was amazing and lovely, and we could reach Palace of Art by walking.

We loved this hotel's location. It was very central, just a quick walk to the main square and close to everything. The hotel also had great transportation options as there was a bus stop right next to it. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the hot tub which we could use for a nominal fee. The staff were very polite and helpful, and they even helped us book day trips at a good price.
