The Hotel was very well presented by the staff upon arrival very friendly/polite/helpful and the rooms were very nice and were cleaned regulary and the cleaners were very helpful,,,the pool area is very well kept and the pool bar is very nice,,i would recomend to anyone travelling to lanzarote and would go back myself tomorrow..but overall the hotel has no faults and all the staff couldn have been friendlier...

The location is superb. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town and New Town. The staff were very friendly. The pool area was very nice with refreshments and snacks available, and a very relaxed atmosphere in general.

The indoor bar (which also serves the pool area via a hatch) - closed at 6.00pm - a pity as it would be nice to have a few drinks there before heading out at night. A few more tv channels might be of help for guests who do feel like staying in a night or two.

The terrace facing the pool was very nice. Convenient facilities (kettle, fridge, hob). Very comfortable beds.

Not squeaky clean. Dead cockroaches appeared in the terrace in the morning (they are dealing with it with a pest control service).

There weren't simply things as shower gel, shampoo, soap, soak for washing dishes. There is no microwave in kitchenette, no hairdryer (or pay extra).

This was a well priced and clean accomodation but in need of refurbishement. 24 hour reeption/security was very reassuring and we felt very safe in our apartment. While not too close to the beach and nightlife it was within walking distance if you didn't mind the steps or hills which suited us fine.

Friendly staff willing to help - Pool View room - not too busy

Apartment are in a good location, we where bed and breakfast which was worth the extra as food was good but would only have cost 3 to 4 euros anyway . The apartments are on one story with either a pool view or road/building site view. We had the building site view, which was long abandon (as is a lot of business in Lanzarote.) This was not a problem as we could see the sea, and didnt spend that much time in them. Rooms where OK Bathroom was large and better than expected, kitchen fine had all you need, Only complaint was the bed sheets which had holes and paint over them and should have been ditched years ago. No insects in our room. Towels change 2-3 times a week and room was clean. Staff friendly.

the staff were friendly and helpful. it was also good to go to the pool and be able to go on a sun lounger which hadnt been reserved.

its fairly basic but good enough for me as dont expect any luxury for the price I paid. I was initially given a room with no terrace facilities,despite the info stating all rooms have a terrace area,however it was rectified quickly when I asked for a change.

The location is very good with access to both strip and old town. The value for money is very good. Staff were friendly. Facilities in room good although could use a toaster. Gym space good but poorly maintained. Could be improved at minimal cost. Sauna excellent although shower could be improved.

Jacuzzi could be heated. Bar could be open later in evening. Could be fruit available at breakfast.

Very simple but quality/price relationship was very good.

We had a room towards street and at nights it was noisy.

Staff people are very kind. The hotel rooms have (basic) kitchen and many of them a pool view. It is a very good place to relax, it is not noisy. It is in a good position in the town, close to a shopping mall, beach, restaurants.

The floors are a bit old.

For the money (and in good weather) this is a good place to stay as a single 'Snow Bird' (not too many children), with a nice pool area and reasonably positioned for beach and tourist area.

The staff are willing but often unable to fulfill expectation. The Pool area is good with reasonable snackbar/drinks available, but the sunbeds are hard and unforgiving. The rooms need refreshment and the pillows are awful, leading to a poor nights sleep. The rooms are not properly stocked i.e.: no waste paper bins, very basic cutlery and cooking utensils etc + no washing up items (brush/sponge).
