For breakfast they offer hot waffles and pancakes in the lobby. It has amazingly attentive and absolutely courteous employees with in the most personal and caring manner. The location is amazing and beautiful, 2 km from Chaweng Beach.

Impeccably clean place with friendly efficient and wonderfully helpful staff and absolutely breathtaking view of the sea and the beautiful gardens. Excellent position by BB at the airport. Just next door to Chaeweng main shopping area, the Tree Top restaurant and flight path. A great selection of hot waffles and pancakes available in the restaurant for breakfast.

The staff were very polite and friendly. Food was quite good and not overpriced. The pool villas were quite impressive.
(1) We were booked in the Deluxe Lawana Suite. This is not a suite but a rather small room with a large balcony and large bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom are very poorly lit and furniture provided is inadequate with the cupboard in the bathroom. Hardly any place to keep the bags. (2) The location is not on Chaweng Beach but is North of Chaweng and rather isolated. The hotel's beach is rocky and inappropraite for swimming or any kind of water sports. Not a hotel to choose for a family with children - good for a honeymoon or for senior travellers who would like to spend all day in the resort.

We stayed in a plunge pool villa and it was just beautiful. The facilities at this hotel were excellent and staff very friendly. The breakfast was amazing also.
It is a little out of the way from the main area of Chaweng. It is perfect for those that like quiet though.
