The breakfast spread was very good with hot options, a beautiful view and a nice seaview.

Great location, peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful sea view. The upgraded suite room was spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The pool and balcony were enjoyable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The only concern I had with the hotel was that the wireless internet wasn't available in our room.

The location was within easy walking distance to Fira town and Firostefani and host George was happy to help with suggestions and to enjoy our stay.

The location of this hotel was super helpful, as it was close enough to the action but far enough away to not be right in amongst it. We were able to easily walk to the main areas of Fira and Firostefani. The rooms were clean and pretty big, and offered all the basic amenities we needed. We had a wonderful view of the neighboring islands from our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff at this hotel were ultra convenient, courteous, and friendly. They made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly.

WiFi connection in the room was a little poor.

The hotel was really lovely - very new and beautiful. It's not on the caldera side of Santorini, but a short walk to the centre of Fira and has a lovely view over the less tourist side of Santorini. We were picked up at the airport at 10.30p.m. free of charge. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall had very nice stay somewhere for a night or two. I was offered a room with great views of the sunrise. The hotel's location was favourable and perfect, close enough to Fira bus station and sightseeing and the sea. It also was about a 5-minute walk to Aegean Sea.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main church on top of Oia and only a short walk from the main square of Fira. Rooms are well-appointed and comfortable with modern amenities, some featuring breathtaking views of the sea. Breakfast is delicious and served on the top floor with gorgeous views. The staff is accommodating and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Some guests expressed disappointment with the limited space around the pool area and some outdated technology in the rooms.

Personal service: they offer free airport transfer, and the owner even personally drove me to a nearby town when he found out that I did not have alternative transportation

The hotel is about a 10 min walk to Fira's centre, but parts of the path were not well lit and thus may be difficult to navigate initially

it was a really nice experience. stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was ideal and fairly clean, it had unbeatable and nice location right next to the main church on the top of oia. the place had a family atmosphere. the breakfast was great, the check in was early. location: the venue was just next door to the restaurant, the centre and a bus stop. hotel's meals were good, and we found metropolis str in the area.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Santorini. The staff, especially Yanis, were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist us, even allowing us to check in early when we arrived tired from our early flight. The location of this hotel is also convenient, just a short walk from the center of action. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition, and my sister especially loved them. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed regularly, which was great. The highlight for me was the breakfast with a magnificent view on the roof deck. It was a great way to start the day.

Amerisa Suites was amazing. Our favorite place. Petros picked us up from the ferry and was incredibly nice and helpful. We had some problems booking a future ferry ride, and he helped us get through the situation. George from the front desk was extremely accommodating, and answered any question we ever had. There was free internet at the hotel as well. We were upgraded to a honeymoon suite with a private hottub, balcony and swimming pool at no extra charge!

We enjoyed our stay at Amerisa Suites, although we requested a room with a view, it actually faced a back street. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, even if we weren't in it much. Breakfast was enough and the gentleman who served the breakfast, showed us to our room and seemed to do everything else was very helpful. We hired a 4 wheel motorbike from the hotel but in retrospect, we would have done it ourselves to get a newer, better bike.

The brochure said they supplied the room with a bottle of water daily but they didn't. we hired a motor bike from here and although it got us around, we could've got a better one ourselves.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Santorini that really exceeded my expectations. the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and high level of service provided. The staff were always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and I was impressed with how quickly the towels were changed and the rooms were cleaned. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served on the roof deck, with a magnificent view of the sea. It was the perfect way to start the day and added a special touch to the overall experience.

I couldn't find anything to fault at this hotel, everything was more than okay.
