Everything from the first moment... The receptionist was a nice guy who answered all questions. The room was comfortable, clean, nice. When we asked vegetarian breakfast it wasn´t a problem. Definitely good choice to stay in this hotel.

It's a very modern & comfort hotel & located in strategic location, near to many restaurant & massage centre. The staff service is very nice & helpful. Love them!

The location is good for backpackers, it is near by the beach and many shops, also is very convenient for spa. But the room is too small and a little be old.

It's not Balinesse style, so modern, practice, the swimming pool is in the middle of the hotel, no privacy

- I was asked to pay for my booking when I already had done it on line. - the breakfast is limited to indonesian food. The staff who attended me could hardly understand english. It was difficult to get support even for something as simple as getting a taxi.

Nothing at all

The pillow was heaven (subjective)! I really enjoyed my stay there. Everything is minimal. Even thought the room is small, it was just alright for us who go out early in the morning and come back late because we just don't need the extra stuffs. Tv was packed with great channels. Location is surrounded by luxury hotels, good and average priced restaurants. Not to mention, good cheap massage and spa parlors too. This hotel is located near the t junction where Kuta is left and Seminyak is right. So you'd get the best of both worlds :) This hotel is new.. Come stay!

My main problem was the toilet. It isn't the size but it's lighting. Soooo dim. The toilet tiles looked like the cleaner did not scrub them ever since this hotel was opened (5 months ago?). The toilet really looks older than the bed area. New towels look old too. Even though the pillow was great... I think they should really do something about the pillowcase, bedsheets and duvet cover. Get sheets with higher thread count or something. It also felt gritty and dirty when I sleep on it. Get a better cook for breakfast too. Cornflakes and fruits were the only thing I thought was edible.

Located at strategic area easy access to legian / kuta. Clean and cozy hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there for next trip.

Location, new hotel rooms very clean good hotel for 1 night stopover. We were in a superiour room, delux room looked out over the pool with balcony,we just had small window at back of hotel,not impresed!!!!

Breakfast was indonesian no fruit juice got cordial instead,no jams for toast or bread same every day,unable to make outside phone call from your room, only got one room key, thats all they have,no fridge or kettle or hair dryer in rooms, would not leave extra toilet roll when room was serviced.bed was very hard, not good for people with back problems. Pool didnt get much sun, no bar or resturant in hotel, just somewhere to sleep & shower really.

simplicity is what I like the most of Amaris. its stafs is very helpful and friendly. the location is just 200 meter from the beautiful legian beach, 50 meter from Circle K, and it's so easy to get a cab also..i'd like to reccomend Amaris also for my colleagues and family

the water pressure from the shower a bit low, but it is not a problem afterall

Great value. The room was clean but nothing fancy. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was a little outdated but for the amount of time spent in there it was fine. Clean towels brought everyday and basic clean of the room. Pool was lovely.

Breakfast wasnt great but there are plenty of little cafes very close by that it doesnt matter.
