Good service, I loved delicious food.

It was an extra special stay, quiet and fabulous place. The staff served cereals and cheese for breakfast. I had reasonably priced room with a separate toilet and bathroom. The staff were accommodating people. The location was stunning, and the nice hot breakfast was offered.

New-fashioned & perfect little room, with a TV set and a kettle. Hot breakfast, particularly cereal and cheese. Perfect and stunning location for Edinburgh, next to abundant public transport, multiple buses right across the street, and all the most popular sights.

Location - magnificent, so close to the main attractions, most areas and main shopping area. Spotless, budget room and reasonably priced with a large window as well as twin beds.

It was clean, breakfast was warm and enjoyable. I truly enjoyed cereal and cheese in the morning. The room was spotless, budget, you can use free Wi-Fi here. Marvellous location and overall the staff was pleasant. Newington district was worth exploring.

Good food, cereal and cheese. Very comfortable building, wonderful and fantastic location just next door to the main bus route- buses and public transport or a taxi.

Everything was amazing, including accommodating staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was neat and en suite. The service was good, I had 3 perfect nights here. Furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient.

Budget room, fairly clean and appealing place, accommodating staff. Particularly good location in a quiet neighbourhood with pleasant views. Based not far from roadworks leading to the house, the town centre/rail station and centre and Kings Buildings.

Its location relatively near Prestonfield Golf Club was fab. The property was set in a nice quiet area. The staff were super-friendly, and the room was well heated and new-fashioned with wonderful view -the pentlands to -the front rear view art.

That's a comfortable and pleasant place when visiting Edinburgh for short stay.

Nice hot start of the day with cereals and cheese. Pleasant views overlooking the garden from the well-appointed and nice cosy room. Amazing location in the nice quiet area, next to a bus stop right outside and the Delhi Diner along the road for a meal.

My room included iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. The hotel took care of the courteous service.
