I chose this hotel for attending a symposium as it provides a well-equipped business centre, which was convenient for my work. The hotel's location, just a short drive away from Dubai's main government and corporate offices, was also a plus.

The upgrade to a bigger room was mind-blowing, despite the noisy air conditioner. The room was always well-kept. The location was super convenient, with walking distance to Al Ghurair City Centre and Union Metro Station. The staff were extremely helpful, offering immediate assistance and even room changes if needed. The WiFi speed and room cleanliness were excellent. This hotel will be my go-to every time I visit. The hotel is a budget-friendly option with great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a shopping center, making it easy to get around and find everything you need. The staff at the hotel were cooperative and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met without any hassle. the hotel offers amenities such as a swimming pool, which is a pleasant bonus for a 2-star hotel.

The hotel could use some maintenance work. There were areas with plaster falling off the walls and a damp smell in the stairwells.

I keep coming back because it's convenient and comfortable. The staff helped me with a taxi on my first visit. It has everything I need: Paid Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Swimming pool. I'll be back for Christmas.

Staff is very honest!

It's a perfect cheap hotel with favourable and unbeatable location in Deira district really close to 5min walk to metro and restaurants including MacDonalds and close to 24 hours supermarket. They have cold beverages in the night bar. The place provides reasonable prices.

Thank you very much for a fine stay of 3 nights. It has favourable and perfect location to see Twin Towers Shopping Mall. There is a good restaurant for lunch and dinner.

This hotel is convenient and fairly clean, has really kind staff and magnificent location in an older part of town. The rooms are wonderful and spotless, and are complete with hairdryer, a renovated bathroom and the airconditioner. The night bar is a nice plus.

We stayed at Al Jawhara Metro in Deira district for a night during a long stopover. The staff at the hotel were really helpful, especially when we arrived late at 11 p.m. They quickly assisted us with the check-in process and made us feel welcome. Our room, number 101, was spacious and clean, with a large refrigerator that allowed us to store fruits and cheese for a late-night snack. The hotel's location was ideal, only a 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it convenient to travel to and from the airport. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines including Indian and fast food. we had a pleasant stay at Al Jawhara Metro.

Well-maintained and neat rooms in good condition, good services. Climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television in the bedroom. Central location and perfect and fantastic hotel itself. Easy check-in, late check-out. Decent, knowledgeable people working here.

Their rooms are always large and nicely furnished with minibar as well as comfortable bed...

Very good place to stay at. Great for families and individuals who are looking for respectful and quite place. The staff was freindly. Free internet. Clean hotel. No alcohol is served or allowed in the hotel. No visitors are allowed; very respectful and great for families and couples. I do highly recommend this hotel!

wifi help to do ur bussenes at ur room .the location not far frome city center (naser sq.) and union metro station.groceries and restorants r very near.

there is no non smoken floor as thru ac air smoke will bather u the washing tab is very high the shawer cirtin is too long and plug the drain

U can open the window to smoke and to shout to the resturant to prepare food

No menus for outside resturants bad smell
