Room was large, it was enough for me. I liked the fact that I chose al ballouti hotel suites.

Very clean, excellent staff, great location. Lots of good places to eat close by, very Arab neighborhood. A great experience.

The only issue was spotty web connection.

Unsual willingness, good food next door, easy reachable, price...

The staff was very helpful and management eager to please. The facilities were not without flaws (e.e., our heater made some noise and the tap had to run for a few minutes before we got warm, then hot, water), but the wireless internet worked, we had a kitchenette at our disposal, and we were comfortable. The place was clean and staff provided extra towels upon our request. Great for the price, and I would stay there again.

Improvement is needed in cleanliness and bathroom ameneties supply. More precise info in Booking dot com as it sais check out time 14:30 while actual check out time was 12:00.

Good to avoid Amman traffic if coming from or heading to the North (ie Jerash). Large rooms and friendly staff.

No frills, heat only sufficient in bedroom, not much in the surrounding areas for the tourist

Hotel is located north of Amman centre. Excellent for getting to Jerash and shopping malls on the outer ring road.

Not sufficient cutlery, crockery, etc for number of people in the apartment. Uncomfortable beds & linen.

The cassual dismissal of the shortcomings of this hotel was somewhat comical and it did endear the staff to us for their brave continuation. The building was once attractive and they give it a fair try..

very difficult to find and unknown even in the direct neighbourhood.The room was a nice suite of large proportions but no windows. Warm water not existant, the TV worked when the stand was pushed against the plug which than started to arc. A switch when operated fell into the wall and clean would require a further once over. Breakfast was included at a late 8:00 am but when not available at that time it became 9:00 am.

Spacious room, several pools

After traveling in 5 stars hotels all over the world, it is the first time that we have to pay an extra for the kids to stay at the kids club. The room rates being quiet high, it would make sense to have the kids club included in the basic services of the hotel

Room rate is higher than the surrounded hotels with the same level of services and cleaning level. Hotel is dirty and not clean. Too cold with smoke smell on the furniture

Nice and cheap hotel with wifi, enough for a visit to Amman area. The staff hotel very friendly.

The suite was spacious and clean when we moved in. The furniture is of good quality. There was always warm water in the bathroom. Air-conditioning and fridge were super. All shops nearby but its not the cheapest area. Super location though.

They don't really work together with Booked.net. They didn't know about our booking. Internet connection was often not working. TV connection was bad. Smell was coming from the sink in the kitchen. Nobody collected any bins and nobody changed our towels, even though we stayed for two weeks. Soon there were a lot of ants in the living room. It is loud at night as the hotel is at the main junction. You always have to ask for toilet paper.

Coaches not clean. Not enough kitchen tools and those provided are not clean. Bad smell in kitchen. Washing basin in toilet was blocked. Not enough soap. No Shampoo. No iron for clothes.
