The location of the property was nice and perfect, close to bus stop. There were very comfy beds and an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk inside the room.

The breakfast offered a huge variety of great meals. The setting was unbeatable, near to a leafy residential area a couple of miles outside of the city centre, town centre, and a boulevard that has buses all the time to downtown.
Pity, but the beds were a bit too soft.
