Marvellous location, it was near Madrid bars, the Puerta del Sol metro stop, which is the heart of downtown and a metro and restaurants. Hortaleza district was worth staying in.

Incredibly nice breakfast for all tastes with sweet pastries and warm croissants, as example. Brilliant and charming position in the local area, just off Chamartin train station and the convention centre and Madrid bars and restaurants.

Great hotel for business travelers. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. The breakfast is satisfying, and the availability of Nespresso is a plus. Although the location is not ideal, the metro station is nearby and provides easy access to the city center. I would recommend this hotel for business trips.

hotel is of a very good level. 4 stars are felt in everything: the service staff, comfort of the rooms and great breakfast. I would like to speak separately about logistics to and from the hotel. Despite the fact that the flight from Kiev arrived at 0-20 and had to spend some time on luggage collection and border control, we were able to get to the hotel by Metro-Madrid until 1. 5am. hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway. Departing for lunch from the hotel to the airport, we called UBER - it cost 13 euros to Terminal 1. comfortable room, well-equipped bathroom with various small things: toothbrushes, combs, gels, shampoos - all this created the feeling of additional comfort and thorough approach to customers. Breakfasts are very rich: hot dishes, sliced cheese and jamon, fruit, freshly squeezed juices, tea/coffee, desserts. Service staff - very correct, attentive and customer-oriented. In this plan - no comments.
The hotel is relatively close to the airport, along the highway to the city center by subway half an hour. That's probably the only flaw. And the price - 83 euros for a double room with breakfast per night, not the most humane. Still, it's a good quality hotel in the industrial area.

The breakfast was very good, the coffee excellent, well assorted and they were immediately replenishing what was left. Despite the location near the M40, the room was very quiet, facing a side. The staff was very friendly and willing to give all kinds of explanations. The common areas were very comfortable and quiet, with daily press available. Good assortment of toiletries, which they replenished every day when they made your room. A television of spectacular size in the room. The wifi worked perfectly, without cuts. I read negative comments about the paid parking, almost all hotels charge for parking, but this one charges cheaply, 9 euros/day. In the center of Madrid, last year, we already paid 22 euros/day, so no objection. This hotel will be one of our main options when we return to Madrid.
The location's a little off, but we already knew that. The truth is that Madrid is a city to move by car. If you go to IFEMA, the location is ideal. And if you go as a tourist and without rushing, you cross the M40 by a footbridge and in 10 minutes you have reached a subway station. At first you may feel that the hotel is isolated, but I moved around Madrid without any problem.

It's very comfortable and elegant. Everything is fine in general except for small details.
that even though I told them and they wrote down that I would leave the room at 14. 30 they called me on the phone once and cleaning lady knocked on the door twice - I had the feeling that I had to leave earlier even though I could stay at that time (because that is what they told me) -.............. I was studying for an exam that I had at 16. 00 and I expressly asked to be able to hurry up the departure until 14. 30. In the bathtub there were some long hairs that I didn't like to find. They told me that breakfast was at 7. 00 and I was there to have an early breakfast and continue with my things but the cook didn't show up until after 7. 30 due to a communication error (they told me), so they didn't put any hot food in until about 40 minutes after 7. 00. I always have a hot breakfast, I don't eat bread or buns.. so I had to wait.

The room was new-fashioned and unique with magnificent views, coffee and free wireless internet. The public parking was nearby, terrific service. Shuttle from the airport was a great plus. Location: the hotel was short walk to the metro line, and the outskirts of the city. Being near Muuxubar was nice, we had dinner there.
