I was given beautifully presented and well-equipped room with a NICEr bathroom and good beds, for instance.

The breakfast was warm with great bread, the food was brilliant. The location was excellent: a shopping mall and a bakery were within walking distance. I was surprised at nearby Patisserie Valerie, they had some goodies, drinks.

Overall had excellent stay for the weekend. Our double room had a high ceiling, a kitchenette area, and tea/coffee. Provided made to order breakfast. The location turned out to be great, not far from Glasgow for an operation as well as shops, restaurants and places of interest.

The venue was comfortable and absolutely fabulous, I enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning close to the historical pubs of the City as well as restaurant at breakfast time. The double room I stayed in was reasonably large and functional with tub chairs. The staff was incredibly nice, created a unique atmosphere.

We found this venue excellent as it is located at the heart of the city, making most attractions within walking distance. The staff was exceptional, and their service, from room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. They also provided ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The personnel, from the waitstaff in the restaurant to the front desk and management, still managed to accommodate our requests and ensured that we were comfortable with each amenity available.

Every time in Glasgow, I choose this place. The luxury double room is air-conditioned with extra touches like an espresso machine as well as slept in. The location is brilliant, 2 km from a multi - purpose hall.

The place was clean and cool, had incredibly nice staff from the waitstaff in the restaurant. We were upgraded to double room with great bathroom w tub on check in.

Truly enjoyed having warm breakfast.

Unique and exceptionally clean place, everything was modern. Our rooms were brand-new and extremely pleasant here with heating, comfy beds clean, as for instance. Extremely helpful staff on door at night shift and the setting was amazing. Café Patisserie Valerie located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I booked a standard king room with an air conditioner, blackout drapes, and a kettle.

All in all everything was perfect, had an excellent stay for the weekend. The restaurant was good with good food and service, we ordered wonderful dishes. The bathroom was spacious, included nice toiletries and a bathtub.

Amazingly nice staff members on door at night shift and kept the hotel clean. The made-to-order breakfast had a good choice of options for all tastes.

The bed was too soft, that's my bad luck.

Nothing to complain about, we spent an excellent time here. Everything was amazing, the made to order breakfast was totally worth it. Accommodating and unfailingly friendly staff suggested restaurants.
